Diciotto anni vissuti insieme, girovagando per lEmilia-Romagna
con gli occhi e i cuori rivolti al mondo intero. I Mondiali Antirazzisti
nel 2014 diventano maggiorenni e si sono riservati una festa con
gli amici di sempre.
Ci sar innanzitutto Ccile Kyenge Kashetu, che lanno scorso tor-
nata nel parco di Bosco Albergati a Castelfranco Emilia, in provincia
di Modena, come ministra allintegrazione e che questanno sar
con noi a consegnarci formalmente la cittadinanza. Proprio i temi
della cittadinanza universale e della libert di movimento saranno
quelli su cui ci concentreremo, perch se vero che con la maggio-
re et noi acquisiamo nuovi diritti, questo ancora, senza lo ius soli,
in Italia e altrove un diritto negato per molti ragazzi.
Con noi ci sar poi la Football Supporters Europe, che ha scelto i
Mondiali Antirazzisti per celebrare lo European Football Fans Con-
gress (Effc). un grande regalo la loro presenza, perch nel nostro
diciottesimo compleanno lEffc rappresenta anche un modo per ri-
lanciare il progetto originario dei Mondiali Antirazzisti, quello di cre-
are uno spazio di rappresentanza per i tifosi consapevoli e portatori
delle pi sane e vitali istanze del calcio popolare.
Spazio particolare lo avranno anche gli amici di Libera: con loro
abbiamo avviato un lavoro per riprenderci il calcio che le organizza-
zioni criminali vorrebbero sempre pi tramutare in uno strumento
a propria disposizione per la gestione del consenso sul territorio e
per la pulizia dei propri capitali.
Vogliamo guardare al nostro gioco, il calcio, esprimendo la nostra
solidariet ai movimenti di resistenza e di protesta in Brasile e al-
trove. Come nel caso della Copa Rebelde dos Movi men tos Sociais,
che ha tratto ispirazione per le proprie regole dai Mondiali Antirazzi-
sti e a cui noi ci ispiriamo come esempio di lotta, attraverso il gioco
e lo sport, alle ingiustizie del calcio tramutato in affare.
We have spent 18 years together touring Emilia-Romagna but with
both eyes and heart reaching out to the entire world. This year, in
2014, the Antiracist World Cup comes of age and wants to celebra-
te with its long-time friends.
First of all, Ccile Kyenge Kashetu will be there. Last year she came
back to the Bosco Albergati Park in Castelfranco Emilia , near Mo-
dena, as Minister for Integration. This year she will join us again to
formally award us the citizenship. We will focus on issues such as
universal citizenship and freedom of movement because, althou-
gh we gain these rights once we come of age, without the jus soli
many young people in Italy and elsewhere are denied them.
The Football Supporters Europe will join us too, as they chose the
Antiracist World Cup to celebrate the European Football Fans Con-
gress (Effc). Their participation is a great 18
th
birthday gift because
we consider the Effc as a way to relaunch what the original idea of
the Antiracist World Cup was, i.e. to create a place where the most
conscious fans, who embody the healthiest and most vital exam-
ples of popular football(soccer), can be represented.
Our friends from Libera will also be there. We have started a project
with them aimed at reclaiming that football(soccer) that criminal
organisations would want to shape and use to control the consen-
sus on the territory and to clean their capitals.
We want to look at our game, football, showing our solidarity to-
wards resistance and protest movements in Brazil and anywhere
in the world, just like the Copa Rebelde dos Movimentos Sociais
did, an event that drew inspiration from the Antiracist World Cup to
set their own rules. Their aim was to fght against football (soccer)
being turned into a business. They did so through sport and games
and we will follow their example.

zio per profonde rifessioni, con musica e sport gratuiti e acces-
sibili a tutti, con buona cucina dal mondo a prezzi politici, con
la scommessa di unire culture apparentemente lontane come
quella ultras e quella dellassociazionismo di base, il tutto in un
contesto attento alla natura. Anche questanno sar promossa la
raccolta differenziata, che da anni supera il 70% e lanno scorso
ha toccato il record del 75% di differenziazione. E sar confer-
mata la distribuzione di acqua di rete per ridurre la plastica. Un
impegno per lecologia che prosegue anche nel 2014 con la col-
laborazione di Hera, dei nostri volontari e della vostra sensibilit.
Lobiettivo quello di sempre: fare pi raccolta differenziata!

Our World Cup is an opportunity to have fun too but, at the
same time, to discuss important issues. There will be live
music and sports, which are open to everyone and whose
participation is free of charge, as well as delicious food from
Italy and abroad at moderate prices. Our goal is to reconcile
realities that might seem completely different, such as ul-
tras and voluntary organizations, and we want to do so in an
eco-friendly context. That is why every year we promote the
separate collection of waste. On average 70 % of the waste
collected during these years was collected separately, but
last year we reached a new record, that is 75 %. Moreover,
we will once again dispense tap water in order to reduce
plastic waste. As always, we will prove that we care about
ecology with the help of our collaborator, Hera - Italian lea-
der company in environmental water and energy services
as well as that of our voluntary workers and your sensibility.
Our goal is to promote the separate collection of waste! Lets
do it together!

Liaison Offcers (SLOs). It is the job of a SLO to establish a continuous dialogue with

Da gioved a sabato apre alle 21,00 per ricaricarvi durante i concerti e i DJ
set e rimane aperto fno a notte fonda, con birra, vino e acqua. Vi aspettiamo
in arena anche per lAPERITIVO, con SPRITZ e snacks!
The following is a detailed list of eating facilities with opening hours
and available foodstuffs. As always, we try to keep prices down to suit
everyones budget, at least in Italy. But keep in mind that receipts from
bars and restaurants are the main source of income for the Mondiali.
Main Restaurant and Bar
Open from Tuesday to Sunday evening: lunch from 12:30 to 15:30 and
dinner from 19:00 to 23:00. A choice of TWO MENUS: traditional and
vegetarian (entre, main course and side-dish). You can also order only
an entre or the main course separately! On Friday and Saturday, from
23:00 to 02:00 try a dish of MIDNIGHT SPAGHETTI! The Bar is open from
Tuesday morning to Sunday, from 10:30 to late at night and serves beer,
wine, mineral water, soft drinks, coffee.
Giannis Bar
Open to Sunday, from 8 am to late at night. BREAKFAST is served from 8
am and includes tea, coffee, cappuccino and fresh pastries!
They also serve sandwiches, piadine, grilled meat, fries.
Beer, wine, mineral water, soft drinks, coffee are served at the bar.
Maghreb restaurant
Cous cous, traditional cuisine and salads.
Sports Bar
During breaks between games you can freshen up at OUR bar
next to the changing rooms with sandwiches,
watermelon, ice-cream, beer, mineral water, soft drinks and fresh-
squeezed juice. From Friday serves also breakfast.
Arena bar
From Thursday to Suturday opens at 9 p.m. for you to recharge your
batteries with beer, wine and mineral water during the concerts and the
DJ set. We also expect to see you at the Arena for an APERITIF with SPRITZ
and snacks!
Non stiamo al gioco: cambiamo le regole!
I Mondiali si giocano per combattere il razzismo! Si aggiudicano tre punti a coloro
che portano un manifesto (possibilmente bilingue) alla nostra Piazza Antirazzista
per documentare il carattere e le attivit della propria squadra contro tutte le
discriminazioni.
Il gioved alle 15 ci sar il momento del saluto uffciale a cui tutte le squadre de-
vono essere presenti: al completo o solo con qualche delegato. il momento
in cui presentare brevemente la propria squadra al girone con cui si condivide
il campo da gioco.
Il nostro torneo non competitivo, quindi non si giocano recuperi. Ci sono tornei
di calcio femminile, basket 4x4, pallavolo, rugby 15vs15, cricket, tchoukball.
Non esiste larbitro. Confdiamo nellautogestione delle squadre il nostro re-
sponsabile campo segna solo il tempo ed i goals. Interviene invece in caso di
gioco troppo competitivo e per comportamenti offensivi, razzisti o sessisti.
Sono ammesse esclusivamente scarpe da ginnastica/calcetto, cio senza tac-
chetti!
Il torneo prevede gironi di 6 squadre ciascuno - Si gioca in 6+1 - Partite da 2x10
= 20 minuti - Sostituzioni libere - Rimessa laterale da terra (no goal) - Il portiere
pu raccogliere con le mani i retropassaggi - No off-side - Le squadre devono
indossare una divisa uniforme.
Al primo fallo cattivo ed intenzionale di una squadra, indipendentemente se
dentro area, verr decretato un rigore contro - Al secondo fallo cattivo ed in-
tenzionale di una squadra, verr decretata la vittoria a tavolino della squadra
avversaria (0-2) - Se in una partita entrambe le squadre interpretano la partita in
maniera troppo competitiva, entrambe perderanno - Se una squadra perde due
partite a tavolino per comportamento antisportivo verr sospesa dal torneo.
Dopo i gironi si qualifcano per la fase fnale le prime e seconde classifcate di
ogni girone.
Semifnali e fnale si giocano ai sette rigori.
Oltre a numerose coppe (Coppa Fair-play, Coppa Invisibili, 3, 2 e 1 posto
ed altre) assegniamo come premio pi importante la Coppa Mondiali Antiraz-
zisti, per la squadra che durante tutto lanno ha interpretato meglio lo spirito
dei Mondiali Antirazzisti. C poi la Coppa Matteo Bagnaresi in memoria di un
grande amico dei Mondiali.
We play at our own rules!
The Antiracist World Cup exists to fght racism! Thats why 3 extra points will
be awarded to all the teams of the football tournament who will bring a poster
to the Antiracist Square, describing their groups activities against all kind of
discrimination, and preferably bilingual.
On Thursday at 3 p.m. all teams must attend the offcial welcome ceremony,
either with the whole squad or at least with a few team members. On this
occasion teams will have a chance to present themselves to the other teams
within their qualifcation group.
The Antiracist World Cup is a non-competitive tournament! There will be no
rescheduled matches. There are also women football, basketball 4x4, volleyball,
rugby 15vs15, cricket tournaments and tchoukball tournaments.
There are no referees. Both teams in each match are responsible for refereeing
the game. The pitch offcial is responsible for keeping time and score: the
pitch offcial will however intervene to prevent excessive competitiveness and
stop any type of offensive, racist or sexist behaviour.
Players are only permitted to wear training shoes. Shoes with studs are NOT
permitted!!!
The tournament consists of groups of 6 teams each - Each team consists of 6
outfeld players and a goalkeeper - Each match lasts for 20 minutes (10 + 10) -
There is no limit to substitutions - Throw-ins to be taken with the feet (you cannot
score a goal) - The goalkeeper can pick up the ball from a back pass - No off-side
- All players within a team must wear t-shirts of the same colour.
The frst bad intentional foul by a team, regardless of whether this occurs in
the penalty area or not, will result in a penalty being awarded to the opposing
team - The second bad intentional foul by a team will result in the match being
awarded to the opposing team (0-2) - If, during a match, both teams play with
excessive competitiveness then the match will be declared null and void - If any
team forfeits two matches as a result of unsporting behaviour then that team
will be expelled from the tournament.
At the end of the group phase, the winners and the second team of each group
qualify to the playoff phase. Semifnals and fnal will be decided by penalty kicks
shoot-out (best of 7). Apart from the various trophies awarded (Fairplay Cup,
Invisible Cup, 3, 2 e 1 place, ecc), the most important award will be once again
the Antiracist World Cup, which will be awarded to the team who has best
upheld the spirit and ideals of the Mondiali Antirazzisti during the whole
year. There is also the Matteo Bagnaresi Award, in memory of a
great friend of the Antiracist World Cup.

I Mondiali Antirazzisti non sono solo una festa. Grazie allimpegno di organizzatori e parte-
cipanti la raccolta differenziata alla ecofesta Mondiali Antirazzisti migliorata anno dopo
anno passando dal 39% del 2004 a oltre il 73% delle edizioni 2010, 2011 e 2012. Nel
2013 abbiamo raggiunto il 76%, un risultato straordinario per una manifestazione di tali
dimensioni e complessit che premia i notevoli sforzi sostenuti a livello organizzativo ed
economico. Una vera protesta contro il consumismo e lo spreco, che dimostra che si pu
fare tanto, agendo in concreto e senza rinunciare a divertirsi, anzi! Continuiamo cos!
Ricordiamo che anche questanno tutte le stoviglie in dotazione a bar e ristoranti (piatti,
posate e BICCHIERI) saranno in materiale 100% biodegradabile. Quando fnite di man-
giare potete quindi gettare avanzi di cibo assieme a piatti, posate e bicchieri nei rifuti
organici (anche se sembrano di plastica non lo sono!).
Invitiamo tutti a collaborare utilizzando correttamente i bidoncini colorati dislocati negli
spazi della manifestazione separando le diverse frazioni di rifuti:

dopo aver mangiato contribuisce ad alleggerire il lavoro per i volontari addetti ai tavoli!

A chi soggiorna in campeggio chiediamo di portare regolarmente i rifuti ai cassonetti
durante la festa per non accumularne tonnellate da smaltire lultimo giorno e soprattutto
di non abbandonare i rifuti nella propria piazzola prima di partire.
Le reception del campeggio distribuiscono sacchi per partecipare alla raccolta differen-
ziata, chiedeteli al vostro arrivo e utilizzateli!
Non gettate mozziconi di sigaretta a terra. Qualcuno dovr raccoglierli uno ad uno a fne
manifestazione!

Ricordiamo ancora che grazie alla collaborazione con Hera, al lavoro dei nostri volontari
e alla vostra sensibilit la nostra festa ancora una volta sar misurata e valutata dal
punto di vista ambientale. In questa edizione potete trovare erogatori dacqua refrigerata
dove riempire le nostre borracce e bicchieri in plastica rigida riutilizzabili, per produrre
sempre meno rifuti.
The Antiracist World Cup is more than a festival. Thanks to the commitment shown by the
organisers and the audience, waste sorting at ecofestival Antiracist World Cup has impro-
ved over the years, going from 39% in 2004 to over 73% in 2010, 2011 and 2012. In 2013
we reached 76% of waste sorting, an extraordinary performance for such a large-scale
event, which pays back for organisational as well as economic efforts. It is an actual protest
against consumerism and waste, which shows that a lot can be done if we take concrete
action. And we can still have as much fun! Lets carry on with the great job!
We are glad to inform you that, as usual, this year all tableware available at bars and re-
staurants (plates, cutlery and GLASSES) will be 100% biodegradable, so when you fnish
eating feel free to throw away both leftover food and plates, cutlery and glasses in the
organic waste bin (they look like theyre made of plastic, but theyre not!).
We kindly ask everyone to cooperate by making good use of the coloured bins located in
the festival area and by separating:
GLASS + CANS > GREEN BINS
PLASTIC + CANS (no mistakes, they can go in here as well!) > YELLOW BINS
CARDBOARD > ROLL (behind the kitchens)
ORGANIC WASTE > BROWN BINS
GENERAL WASTE > GREY BINS
We would also like you to help us keep the tables in the food area clean. If, at the end of
the meal, everyone does their best to make it easier for the volunteers to clean up the
area, we will all be thankful for it!
To those who will be staying in the campsite, we ask to regularly take care of the garbage,
so as not to let it pile up, thus making it diffcult to remove it in the end. We would also like
you to avoid leaving your garbage in your camping spot at the end of your stay.
The campsite receptionists will provide you with bags to take part in our separate collec-
tion of rubbish, just ask for them at the beginning of your stay and start recycling!
Do not throw cigarette butts on the foor, as someone will have to pick them up one by
one in the end.
A couple more ecological tips:
BATTERIES: they contain highly dangerous and toxic components, so please, dispose of
them responsibly after use, by using the specifc bin near the Press Area.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE AROUND, THROW IT AWAY!
HELP OUR VOLUNTEERS KEEP THE AREA CLEAN!
USE THE GARBAGE BINS IN THE RIGHT WAY!
Lets not support the incinerators and dumps business! We are counting on you!
We also care to remind you that, thanks to our cooperation with Hera (the Italian energy
provider), the dedicated work of our volunteers and your environmental awareness, this
festival will also be evaluated/rated from an ecological point of view.
This year at the festival you can also fnd both cold water suppliers, where you will be able
to fll your fask, and reusable plastic cups, that will help us reduce our level of garbage.
