1.With reference to your application for the post of SAFAI KARMACHARI CUM SUB-
STAFF AND / OR SUB-STAFF, we request you to appear for Personal Interview on

2.You are requested to bring without fail the following certificates and testimonials
in original along with one set of attested Photocopies of the same :---
(a) Secondary School certificate/School leaving certificates or any other
documentary proof of age.
(b) Marks sheet showing specifically the subjects studied and Certificate/s in
support of educational qualifications viz., 8th Pass/SSLC/ HSC, etc.
(c) A candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD category should attach
SC/ST/OBC/PWD Certificate issued by Competent Authority in the
prescribed format as prescribed by Government of India and issued by
Competent Authority as per Government of India. In case of OBCs, the
Certificate, interalia, must specify that the candidates should not belong to
Creamy Layer section excluded from the benefits of reservation for Other
Backward Classes in civil post and services of Government of India. OBC
Certificate should not be more than one year old as on the date of
Application. However, OBC candidates, availing reservation will have to
produce OBC certificate with non-creamy layer clause issued on or after
22.11.2011 at the time of interview.

(d) An Ex-serviceman candidate has to enclose the Discharge Certificate,
Retirement/Pension Order and documentary proof of rank (substantive as
well as acting) last/presently held. Those who are still in defence service
should submit Certificate from Competent Authority that they will be
relieved from defence services in time to enable the candidate to report
for duty in the event of selection to work for the Bank
(e) Disability Certificate issued by duly constituted Medical Board at District
level incorporating therein the nature and extent of disability, in the case
of Person with Disability candidates
(f) Experience Certificates (if any)
(g) No Objection Certificate from the employer, in case you are currently
serving in Government/ Public Sector Undertaking (including Banks).

3.Please bring this call letter in original with your recent passport size photograph
(which should tally with the one affixed on your application) duly pasted at the place
provided on the call letter.
4. Please ensure that you fulfill all the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the
advertisements. If you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, your candidature shall be
cancelled. No request for change of date of interview/venue/ will be entertained.
5. Please note that this call letter does not constitute an offer of employment.
6. Outstation candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category only will be reimbursed
to and fro second class ordinary Sleeper Class Railway / Bus fare by the shortest
route on production of tickets/particulars as required by the Bank, strictly as per
Govt. Guidelines.
7. The decision of the Bank in all matters as regards interview, selection and
placement would be final and binding on the candidates.
