At skyline we manufacture generators run on various fuels i.e. Diesel, Petrol & Gas.
We manufacture both : Portable & Non Portable Generators.
Our Generators are powered with world renowned engines like Briggs & Stratton (U.S.A.):
Worlds largest manufacturer of Small Air Cooled Engines , Mitsubhishi : A renowned Japanese
name, Escorts & Field Marshal Engines : well renowned Indian Engineering Giants and Volvo
Eicher : A JV between Volvo Group & Eicher Motors.
We use high quality branded Al ternators like Stampford, Mecc Alte Spa ( Italy ), NSM ( Italy ),
Syncro ( Ital y ), Crompton Greaves, KEC etc.
Presently we manufacture Generators from 2.3 KVA to 125 KVA.
Our Generators are available on various State & Central Rate Contracts of Government of
India such as Directorate General of Supplies & Disposal ( DGS&D ), Director Supplies &
Disposal- Haryana, National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated ( NICSI ) to name a few.
These Generators are manufactured at our state of the art f acility at Baddi ( Himachal Pradesh
), India. Baddi ( approx. 300 Kms. From Delhi and approx. 40 Kms. From Chandigarh ) is a fully
developed industrial township in Himachal Pradesh.

PAYMENTS TERMS:
30% advance al ong with Purchase Order and 70% before dispatch ( withi n maximum 30 days or before if
dispatch is ready ) , by Cheque / DD in favour of SKYLINE POWER SOLUTIONS Payabl e at New Delhi.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY : The offer is confined to whatever is specifically i ncl uded and sti pulated i n the techni cal
and commerci al clause and is subj ected to change as may be mutually agreed upon finali zation of the
contract.
Installation of DG Set i ncl uding unl oading and shifting on ground floor, or lifti ng to roof or any parti cul ar
floor as the case may be, earthi ng, cable, end termi nation, provision for exhaust pipe, segregation of load
accordi ng to the capacity of the DG Set, diesel for testi ng etc. are not i n our scope of supply thus has to
born / arranged by the client.
NOTE: Specifications and terms are subjected to change without any notice but shall be bind upon the both parties upon signing the contract.
In case of cancellation of order by the client due to whatsoever reason, 20% of the total value of the DG Set shall be forfeited by the company.
ARBITRATION TERMS:
In the event of any dispute/difference shall arise between the parties to the contract : in part or in any particular terms/clause or in the contract as
a whole as the case may be, the same shall be referred to the arbitration as per the arbitration & conciliation act and the proceedings shall be held
in Delhi only, or in the case of legal proceedings, subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.

EXTERNAL FEATURES :
SOUND PROOF
CANOPY
The canopies are made of best quality steel. Our ultra modern manufacturing plant in Baddi ( Himachal
Pradesh ) includes the best quality latest machineries and equipments for sheet cutting, bending, powder
coating, multiple treatment processes, welding, calibration, alignment, testing.
Doors & Roof are fabricated from suitable MS CRCA of adequate thickness with airtight EPDM foam
gasket and multiple point locks. MS/Zinc die cast The hinges shall be made of Steel/Zinc Die cast
metel.
Appropriate Rain Gutters on 4 sides are provided.

INSULATION The insulation shall be made of PU Foam- Fire Retardant.

Control Panel
Window
Windows for AMF panel will be with glass/acrylic and sealed with neoprene rubber gasket.

Construction

The construction will be modular, bolted construction and will have access from all sides. The
fasteners will be SS/Zinc coated MS.

Painting

Body/Canopy external & internal surfaces will be thoroughly treated with degreasing, derusting and
phosphating in our in-house fully-automated, multiple pre-treatment process, power coating. The
external & internal treatment/finish will be suitable for outdoor use.

Noise Level
Performance

The maximum noise level permitted during full load as per CPCB norms - 75 dB (A), measured less
than 70dB at 1 meter distance from the edge of canopy. The product/Quality is certified by CPCB
as per latest sound norms.

Fuel Filling &
Drain:
Suitable external fuel filling and drainage connections with locking facility will be provided.

Anti Vibrations
Pads:
The AVP ( anti vibration pads ) will be provided below diesel engine and alternator.

Emergency Push
Stop Button:
The canopy shall have external emergency push button which shall be housed in a protective
enclosure with a glass front.
