The piping system of this tannery waste water treatment

plant used stainless steel, austhenitic 18Cr, 8Ni type of tube as


its material of construction. This type of material has a maximum
allowable stress of 75, psi. The pressure inside the tube of
waste water experiences 1psi. The assumed pressure is 1 psi.
