Job Description:
Installation, configuring and maintaining the Windows XP, Windows 7.
Troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware, peripheral devices and Software
problems.
Implementing and scheduling backups using ntbackup.
Installation & configuration of Network Printers.
Installing and Configuring MS Outlook/Lotus with POP3 and Exchange to the end us
er and troubleshooting.
Taking backup of Mail PST for every week.
Installation and configuration of Modem and setting up Internet connections.
Ensuring the regular Antivirus updates & Patches.
Creating and managing shared folders to the users.
Performed routine system management tasks, operating system upgrades and tests.
Maintaining the Network with Routers and Switches.
Implementing and Maintaining the interoffice network connectivity.
Maintaining of Domain Admin & Security.
Administration and installations of Microsoft Products and Performance Tuning, B
ackup & Recovery.
Managing and maintaining the complete Network Infrastructure setup and providing
solutions for ongoing requirements for the company project.
Configuring, Administering DHCP server and taking regular back up of it.
Performed Laptop application installation and configuration.
Supported end users in problems with using desktop applications.
Remote management through Remote desktop connection,
Net Meeting, Team viewer, VNC etc.
