Process for the Posts of Assistant Engineer (Distribution) Trainee and Junior
Engineer (Distribution) Trainee
Congratulations to the candidates provisionally shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment
process. Candidates in the below-mentioned lists have been provisionally shortlisted for the
personal interview (PI) process based on their performance in the test conducted on February
23, 2014. For the purpose of selecting candidates for reserved categories, data provided by the
candidates in the Online Application Form and the data filled in OMR Answer Sheet during the test
has been used. Only candidates who have applied online for the respective posts have been
considered for short listing.
Please read the following guidelines very carefully for participating in the further process of
the selection.

1. Candidates listed below have only been provisionally shortlisted for the next stage of the
recruitment process. This should not be deemed as a final job offer.

2. Candidates provisionally short listed for next stage under reserved category will be allowed to
participate in the interview process only on producing the original Caste certificate issued by
the SDO (Revenue) of the area. As only those candidates who are MP domicile will be
allowed under reserved category, such candidates should also have to produce MP domicile
certificate in original.

3. Candidates applied for PWD category have to produce disability certificate in original for being
permitted for interview.

4. Every candidate will undergo verification for (i) Age, (ii) Educational qualifications and marks
obtained, (iii) Identity proof, (iv) Category/ MP Domicile/ PWD / Work experience (wherever
applicable), etc. You should read the instructions in the admit card for PI for details.
Candidates who fail to meet the minimum eligibility will not be allowed to participate in the
interview process. It is the responsibility of candidates to check their eligibility against the
advertisement made for the above positions.

5. Candidates are requested to produce original documents for verification purpose.

However they shall be required to bring a set of photocopies of all the documents, duly
attested by a Gazetted officer. Candidates failing to produce original documents in
respect of above shall not be allowed to appear in Interview.

6. Candidate having experience of working with MPPKVVCL Jabalpur and MPPKVVCL Indore
shall submit a declaration regarding experience in the Annexure P.

7. Interview process will be held in Indian Institute of Management Indore, Prabandh

Shikhar, Rau Pithampur Road, Madhya Pradesh, Indore 453556. Please note that this
institute campus is approximately 20 kms away from the city.

8. The date and time for reporting to the interview shall be as per list.

9. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category of MP domicile shall be reimbursed SECOND

CLASS RAIL FARE from the shortest route of their address. However, in case where train
services are not available, reimbursement of bus fare as per rules shall be made.
Reimbursement of bus fare shall be limited to nearest railway station only. Candidate shall
produce self attested copy of Caste Certificate and Railway/Bus Ticket(s) (in original) of
journey performed for reimbursement purpose.

10. Candidates are required to download the Interview form and MUST bring the filled in
interview form on the date of interview.
