will need to download the following attachment to your computer. You will find
three assignments in the attachment, one for each unit. Make sure you
do all three assignments. Please answer the questions in the Word document in a
BOLDED BLUE colored font. Save it to your computer so that you have a copy.

Blackboard and click on the Assignments course tool. Then click on the Assignment
Heading (NOT the attached assignment doc file) you wish to submit. Below the original
assignment do you will see a SUBMISSION box. Put your cursor inside the box and
click. Paste the Word assignment you just copied into the submission box by holding
down ctrl button and hitting v. Your formatting should be retained. If it is not, make
sure your text editor (top right hand corner of the box) is on, then try again or use the
tools at the top of the submission box to format. As it states in the syllabus any
assignments that are submitted unformatted (no separation between lines and answers in
Blue) will have points deducted. Grading unformatted assignments is extrememly
difficult.
Check to make sure that you can see your entire assignment in the submission box. Please
DO NOT ATTACH your homework as 9 times out of 10 I cannot open and view them.
You must paste your assignment in the submission box. Any homework that is submitted
as an attachment only will receive a ZERO grade! If you have any problems with your
submission you MUST email me immediately. Do not just put a comment in the
comment box and hope for the best.
You will need to allow me up to a week to grade your assignments AFTER
the deadline. I have 350 students in the class, and I will grade about 40 assignments a
day in the order they have been submitted. You will not receive your graded assignment
back until AFTER the late deadline. This is to prevent students from sharing corrected
answers. You can always click on the My Grades tool to see all of your currently graded
