Mr. Perdana has been working for Ministry of Public Work since December 2010. Since accepted, he has
working under my supervision until now. He is a very responsible person and determined to accomplish his
job with satisfying result. He learns new things quickly. Lately because of his performance, i promote him to
be the coordinator of a team. I give him trust to handle asset management in three provinces in Java island.
He also showed his excellent leadership skill in that team, and managed to overcome all the problems.

receive scholarship abroad since he is one of our most bright and intelligent employee. Ministry of Public
Work will cover the tuition fee, living cost, and insurance will studying abroad. I hope it will facilitate all of his
