Job Purpose:
The Lead Retail Analyst will be working exclusively with the Retail Clients, working with an expert software system (OSA, CAM, OSCA) to deliver system accuracy and excellent business insights of a defined retail area (eg. customer availability, waste, promotions, etc), whilst providing guidance and leadership to the analyst team: The job purpose is to: Ensure alert accuracy meets the agreed SLA, through analysis of available data and the refinement of available parameters. Provide insights into client lost sales trends and provide insightful articulations of these findings to the client teams. Ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner (that meets SLA) Engage with client Business Insights and Data Management departments to provide report support. Liaise with the RI software development teams for technical CRs. Support the Relationship manager with product / service development and project management. Coordinate and provide technical guidance to analyst team. Share know-how amongst the analyst team for best practice. Key: Responsibilities
System testing Data reconciliation and verification SQL querying Data analysis, interpretation and articulation Business intelligence Review and assess client requirements and gaps in current product offering Assist in creation of Functional Design Documents for specific customer requests Articulation of CRs into the development process.
