I.FUTURE PLANS:

A. Pupil Development:
1. Conduct School Program and Contest in celebration of 2014 National Nutrition
Month, National Disaster and Preparedness Month and other important events in July;
2. Administer Pretest in Phil IRI, Comprehension Assessment on Number Concepts
and DD Card;
3. Participate in the District and Division Activities;


B. Staff Development:
1. Hold meetings/ conferences regarding information dissemination
2. Conduct Instructional Supervision
3. Evaluate the Individual Performance, Commitment and Review Form of the teachers


C.Curriculum Development:
1 Construct summative tests in different learning areas
2. Check teachers records/forms such as:

3. Prepare and construct additional interactive instructional materials in different

D. Physical Facilities Development:
1. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the classrooms, ancillary services and
comfort room .
2. Make the school clinic and reading corner functionable
3. Make a request for the demolition of Marcos Type and Bagong Lipunan Bldg. and
construction of Two-Storey Bldg with 6 classrooms


J. OTHER MATTERS:

1. Copier Machine was purchased in the amount of Php32,000.00 out of the school
fund.
2. Garden Plot in the vegetable and kitchen garden were constructed in the amount of
Php10,000.00 out of MOOE Fund.
3. 3 Units of Toilets were installed with water in the amount of Php5,000.00 out of
solicitation.
