Final Project Overview
In the final project, you play the role of a project manager for Riordan Manufacturing. The vice
president of international operations has hired you to oversee the relocation of its operations in
Hanghou, !hina, to the city of "hanghai. Riordan e#pects you to develop a thorough project
plan and presentation.
Final Project Timeline
