Cooking with Fabienne

Fish (Trout and Salmon)



Ingredients
Fish fillet
Mayo
Salt
Pepper
Dill
Oil (optional)

Procedure
1. Put a layer of Mayo on the side of the fish with the skin. Apply it with knife or
hands.
2. Optional Put layer of oil on the other side of fish
3. Season with salt and pepper on the oily or non-mayo covered side
4. Season with dill on the oily or non-mayo covered side
5. Place on BBQ with the mayo-covered side on the grill
6. Medium heat for 15 mins approx.
7. Take out and serve

Alternatively, steps 5 and 6 can be to place in oven for 15mins. at 360

Ingredients
Penne Pasta
Oil
Broccoli
Spinach
Asparagus
Tomatoes
Parmegan cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Vegetable Seasoning
Dill
Optional Other veggies
Optional Hot Pepper

Procedure
1. Boil water in two pots
2. Cook the pasta for approx. 10 mins in one pot
3. Cut the veggies in small chunk pieces (broccoli, asparagus, tomato, hot
peppers)
4. Cook veggies (broccoli and asparagus) for 4mins
5. Drain the water from both pots
6. Mix the pasta and the veggies all together in one container
7. While mixing, add oil
8. Add spices (salt, pepper, garlic poweder, vegetable seasoning, dill)


Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken thighs with skin on and with bone
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Red Seasoning Salt

Procedures
1. Cut off extra fat from chicken
2. Cover chicken with oil
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Add red seasoning salt, be generous
5. Place on BBQ at medium until it looks cooked (15-20mins)
6. Take out and serve

Alternatively, steps 5 can be to place in oven for 15-20mins. at 380, inside pan or
other metallic container


Wonton Soup

Ingredients
4 Green onions
1 Egg
Ground pork
Wonton Sheets
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Wonton Soup Mix

Procedure
1. Finely chop onion
2. Mix together ground pork, green onions and egg, as well as salt, pepper and
garlic powder.
3. Take a Wonton Sheet and wet it on two adjacent edges
4. Place spoonful of mixture and place it in center of Wonton Sheet
5. Fold Wonton Sheet over and press the wet edges to the dry edges together
6. Repeat with all the Wonton Sheets until mixture is done. Avoid placing
Wontons on top of each other, spread them out in a large tray
7. Boil water and add the Wonton Soup mixture once boiling
8. Reduce heat to medium and drop in Wontons
9. Cook for approx. 10 mins, or until they look all wrinkly
10. Serve soup
