actually agreed u%on and they %romised, mentioning that the agreement
is /ust a formality for the LM$A so that they ha*e to %ay less amount of
4O&I against my 5isa, e*en I -asn6t gi*en any co%y of the said contract
-hich they submitted in the LM$A# The %re7decided salary and facilities
-hich -ere agreed *erbally by both the %arties 8me and the O-ner9 -ere)

the contract later on, they ne*er -rote it and I -as ne*er gi*en anything
from them nor I recei*e any bene=t -hatsoe*er#

?# &ince the day my 5isa has been transferred I -as told to %ro*ide my
original 3ocuments 8'ass%ort & C'$9 by M(. M0!"")# A45)( M!6!78
.!7 in lieu of transferring the *isa and so on for the legal documentation
and go*ernment %rocesses# &ince then till no- I ne*er recei*e my
%ass%ort or the C'$ from them -hich means that they are holding my
'ass%ort and C'$ under their custody illegally till date# I re1uested them
many times to return my documents as I had to tra*el to 'a.istan for the
ailment of my father, yet they refused and insulted me# On contacting
them many times regarding starting of the %ro%er -or., contract b+- us,
%ass%ort, C'$, &alary, Accommodation, %ro*iding the *ehicle, gi*ing me
C'$ to go for the hos%ital as I got sic. those days, but unfortunately they
didn6t do anything and /ust .e%t saying that >-e -ill sit and -rite all of
that -hat -as already agreed bet-een us#@

-ith /ustice as I ha*e suered a lot because of this illegal act from my

A# I ha*e been in contact -ith them since the till the day I =led the case
against my em%loyer# &ir, I ha*e been li*ing in such scenario -here I had
no %ro%er accommodation, no Money for Bood or li*ing resources and no
%lace to go, but still I -as calling them and begging them to either begin
the -or. %ro%erly, %ro*ide me -ith the %romised facilities, or at least gi*e
me my salary as I am their em%loyee since I am under their Commercial
$egistration 8com%any9 and under their 5isa as their liability, but I ha*e to
say it -ith a grief sorro- that on tal.ing gently and being so humble and
%olite -ith them still they res%onded me -ith slang and abusi*e -ords
-hich I feel ashamed in mentioning e*en a single -ord of them# Till the

leg -hich he already .ne-, I -ent to meet them at their %lace of li*ing but
couldn6t =nd them, and then I called them on -hich he said he -ill contact
me by himself the ne,t day, but as usual he did not ga*e me any call not
e*en a message# &ir, I -as com%letely una-are of my *isa status during
those days and -hen I -as to go to meet them regarding the %lan of
action for -or. and so on after I got my %laster remo*ed, a friend of mine
chec.ed my *isa /ust to .no- about my status on the online system of
LM$A near the end of May 2;0A -e get to .no- that it has already been
cancelled# Cithin fe- days of ha*ing no contact from my em%loyer and
not ans-ering my calls, I decided to go for the Labour Court to see. legal
ad*ice and hel% against my current situation on ?

Honorary Judge and $es%ected Jury to %ro*ide me -ith /ustice and ma.e my
belief strong in the 4O3 fearing and true /ustice from the Ministry of Justice and
