This form must be filled in by the candidate in his or her own hand in a clear and legible manner. 2. This application form complete in all respects must be submitted to the concerned Teaching Department/Centre of the Panjab University as has been indicated in the Admission Notice of 2014-15 as well as in Handbook of Information and Rules for Admission 2014 on or before the last date indicated at the top of application form, even if, result of the qualifying /Entrance examination has not been declared. 3. The application form must be completed in all respects. No column should be left unfilled. If any information sought is not applicable to the candidate, the word N.A. should be entered against that column.
