I am CARMEN RITA MONFORT-BAUTISTA, an UPRIGHT and YOUTHFUL VISIONARY
LEADER who will continue the Monfort-brand of Public Service.

Just like my father Narcing, I will work with CONSTITUENTS WHO SEEK AND ARE WILLING
TO DRIVE GENUINE CHANGE through needed IT INFRASTRUCTURE, quality EDUCATION,
character-building SPORTING EVENTS, and meaningful HEALTH and LIVELIHOOD
PROGRAMS.

Times have changed but with THE SAME PASSION TO SERVE, with the help from Our Lord
Almighty, and with your kind cooperation, my colleagues in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, I will

Monfort Cup
The MONFORT CUP, is a football development
program by the late Congressman Narciso D.
Monfort, MD.
The mission of this program is to provide a genuine
grassroots program for football.
To date, there have been 13 Tournament Cups since
1992. Last tournament was held on March 15, 2014.
The Monfort Foundation has supported different
Football initiatives in the Province.
The program has diversified in partnering with the
Junior Chamber International to promote football in
the streets of Quezon City, NCR.

The system alerted Dumangasanons throughout the
onslaught of Typhoon Yolanda.
Currently, constituents are informed of weather
disturbances and other important announcements.
