1. Uso (Use)

Tubera con costura fabricada con acero al Carbono y aleado formada mediante el proceso
de soldadura por resistencia elctrica, usada para propsitos estructurales y mecnicos en
general. Cubre productos redondos, cuadrados y rectangulares.
Carbon and alloy steel welded tubes manufactured under the electric-resistance-welded
process, used for structural and mechanical purposes. It covers round and shaped (square
and rectangular) products.

welded tubing. For square and rectangular tubing, the wall thickness
requirements shall apply only to the centers of the flats.
