Incorporated on 16 May '85, CRB Capital Market (CRB Caps)
(formerly CRB Consultants) was promoted by the Bhansali
group. The company came out with a public issue in Jan.'95 to
increase the asset base and to expand the existing
branch/franchise network as well as set up additional
branches/franchise in India and abroad. Total cost of the
project was estimated at Rs 424 cr. The company is active in
areas like credit syndication, project advisory services,
corporation counselling, capital market operations, leasing, hire
purchase, and issue management. It is also a category-I
merchant banker. It has obtained a licence for full-fledged
money-changing from the RBI, and is a member of the OTCEI.
In 1994, the company signed a joint venture pact with Daewoo
Securities, Korea, to set up CRB Securities, to deal in securities
transaction, offshore funds, and Euro-issue management. The
company had entered into a technical collaboration with
Keystone, US, for CRB Asset Management Co. It has obtained
the membership of the NSE and has set up CRB International,
Hong Kong, to channelise investments, market Euro-issues,
offshore funds, etc. CRB International, Hong Kong, became a
subsidiary in 1995-96. The company plans to take up asset-
based business such as financing of wagons, tankers,
containers, etc, along with the existing business. In 1995-96,
CRB Share Broking became a subsidiary of the company.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

My first project was market research and analysis i.e. B2B and the aim of
project was to find out the strategy of their competitors that they are following
for running of their business successfully and how they attract more and more
students and which social media they mostly used for promoting their business
and what kind of procedure they are using for generating awareness among
people. In short, overall research on SWOT analysis i.e. to find out the strength
and weakness of their competitors as compared to CRB TECH SOLUTION
Company.
My second project on Digital Marketing & the aim of project to do online
advertising CRB TECH SOLUTION on different sites & on various groups so that
generate awareness about CRB TECH SOLUTION.

MY third project on tele calling & the aim of project was generate more and
more walk in.
