RENTAL AGREEMENT

This rental agreement is made and executed on this the 18


th
day of April, 2014 at Hyderabad, by and
between:-

Mrs. D.SURYA SHEKAR , S/o D.DEVADANAM, aged about 50 years occupation: BUSSINESS , R/o Uppal,
Hyderabad - 39
Hereinafter called to as the LANDLORD of the one part.
A N D
1. Mrs. KONAKANCHI SIROMANIKYAM , W/o LATE KONAKANCHI DEVASAHAYAM, aged about 55 years
occupation: BUSSINESS , R/o Hyderguda, Hyderabad 48.
Hereinafter called to as the TENANTS of the other part.
Whereas the landlord herein is the sole and absolute owner and peaceful possessor of all that plot
bearing No.:___________________________________________________________________Hyderguda,
Hyderabad, 500048
And whereas the tenants herein have approached to the landlord and requested to let-out a whole
house in the above said premises, for their business purpose i.e. under the name and style of M/s ACTIVE
SPORTS , and the landlord herein has agreed the same on the following terms and conditions.
NOW THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS
1. That the tenant shall pay a sum of Rs. 5,500/- (Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred Only) per month,
to the landlord, towards monthly rent.

2. That the tenant has deposited a sum of Rs.11,000/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Only) with the
landlord and the same shall be refundable at the time of vacating the said premises, after deducting
the damage and due bill charges, and the deposited amount shall not carry any interest.
3. This rental agreement is commencing from 18
th
day of April , 2014 for further period of 11 (eleven)
months from the date of commencement.
4. That the tenant shall obtain appropriate legal licenses for running the above said business under the
name and style of M/s ACTIVE SPORTS.
5. That the tenant shall pay electricity charges to the concerned authorities, as per meter reading.
6. That the tenant shall use the above said premises only for their business purpose under the name
and style of M/s M/s ACTIVE SPORTS.
7. Both the parties herein have agreed to enhance the rent on the existing of monthly rent @ 10% for
every 11 months, and also agreed to give two months prior notice to each other for termination of
this tenancy.
8. That the tenant shall allow the landlord to inspect the said premises at all reasonable times or hours.
IN THE WITNESS THEREOF, the LANDLORD and the TENANT herein have signed this rental agreement,
on this the day, month and year first aforesaid mentioned in the presence of the following witnesses.
