LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
JUAN DELA CRUZ TAMAD

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Juan dela Cruz Tamad, of legal age, married to Juana Tamad, native of Philippines,
having born the 28
th
day of August 1991, now actually residing at #12 Urbi St.Centro
West,Allacapan, Cagayan, being of sound mind and disposing mind and memory, and not
acting under undue influence, violence, fraud, intimidation of whatever kind, do by these
presents declare this to be my Last Will and Testament which I have caused to be written in
English, the language which is known to me, and I hereby declare that:

1. I desire that my remains be buried according to our traditions and with
dignity suitable to my circumstances;

2. I give and bequeath to my wife Juana Tamad the following property, to wit: --
-three hectares of agricultural land located at Cataratan, Allacapan, Cagayan
with TCT No.12345;
-house and lot located at Barangay Centro West,Allacapan,Cagayan; and
-all my jewelries.

3. I give and bequeath to my children Pedro Tamad and Jane Tamad in equal
shares, all my other property, real and personal, whatsoever and wherever
they are located;

4. I designate my friend, Prelle Dacanay, as the sole executor of my last Will
and Testament, and in her default or incapacity to act, my wife Juana Tamad,
and in default or incapacity of the latter to act, one of my other children in
the order of priority in age, if of age;

5. I hereby direct that the executor named herein or her lawful substitute
should serve without bond;

6. I hereby revoke any and all other wills, codicils, or testamentary dispositions
heretofore executed, signed or published or alleged executed signed or
published, by me.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are stated opposite our
respective names, do hereby certify: That the testator, Juan dela Cruz Tamad, has
published unto us the foregoing Will consisting three pages numbered correlatively in
letters on the upper part of each page thereof, on the left margin, in our joint presence and
we, in turn, at her request have witnessed and signed the same and every page thereof, on
the left margin, in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each and all of us.
