(2013 PASSING OUT STUDENTS)

Anna University, Chennai is organizing Tamil Nadu State Level Placement Programme
(TNSLPP) 2012-13, for the Present Final Year (2013 Passing Out Students) studying in Self
Financing Engineering Colleges of Tamil Nadu.

Centre for University Industry Collaboration, Anna University, Chennai is conducting this
programme at Mahendra Engineering College, Mahendhirapuri, Vadugapalayam,
Namakkal 637 503 and M/s Cognizant Technology Solutions, has kindly agreed to
participate in this Placement programme on 3
rd
& 4
th
January 2013. .

Final year students of B.E. / B.Tech. (CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, ICE & IT) with CGPA
7.5 and above (No Standing Arrears) from I Semester to VI Semester are eligible to
participate in this programme. It is mandatory that all the students should secure an
average of 75% and above marks consistently from 10
th
Std. and 12
th
Std. It is requested
that the Principal / Placement Officers of the College should verify the marks of the students and
certify their eligibility to attend the TNSLPP.

All the eligible candidates have to pay one time Registration fee of Rs. 750/- (Rupees
Seven hundred and fifty only) each in the form of Demand draft drawn in favour of
The Director, CUIC, Anna University payable at Chennai. The Principal / Placement
Officers may collect the Registration Fee from the students and make One Consolidated
Demand Draft and submit the Annexure-I form along with the Consolidated Demand Draft
to the CUIC Staff Members camped at Mahendra Engineering College, Namakkal
on 03.01.2013 (Thursday) at 7.30 a.m.

Terms and Conditions

1. As per the mandate of the Anna University Chennai, students who have already placed in
any organisation through Campus Recruitment are not eligible to attend the Campus
Interview.

2. As per the notification of visiting Organisations, the candidates who have already
appeared for On-Campus Recruitment of that particular Organisation are not eligible to
re-appear again in the State Level Placement programme.

3. All eligible students take part in the Campus Interview process for the first time have to
register by paying a one time Registration Fee of Rs.750/- in the form of Demand Draft
in favour of The Director, CUIC, Anna University, Chennai payable at Chennai.

4. Candidates should furnish the photograph duly attested by the Principal of their college.
(Annexure I)

5. Candidates should bring the attested Photo Copies of SSLC, HSLC, Diploma and Degree
semester mark sheets for verification along with 4 passport size photographs.

6. For attending the Campus Interview, the candidates should make their own arrangements.

7. Registration, Validation and Test will be conducted on Day one. The shortlisted
candidates will have the interview on Day one / two.

8. Those candidates selected through State Level Placement by the company should not
attend the subsequent Test / Interviews to be conducted by other companies.

9. Any irregularity / Mal practices / in any form of recommendation will be treated, as
disqualification and Anna University Chennai will take serious action against those
candidates.

10. The decision of the Director, CUIC will be final in all matters.
