CIA: For what purpose has this unique museum been planned?

Director: As you know, in the world there are many figures that
greatly influenced people. Generally they are viewed as heroes, but in
fact most of them are cruel dictators. Because of their ambitions
untold millions of innocent people died. It is necessary for people to
review history and admit they were not heroes at all, but bloody
murderers. This museum will be a sanctuary of evil people. It is a
great dishonor to be displayed here.
CIA: Who will be on display?
Director: All the top evil heroes will be on show. Among them, a
trio of brutal murderers are highlighted. These are HITLER, STALIN
and POL POT. Germanys Hitler massacred six million Jewish.
Stalin of the Soviet Union executed one million people after prose-
cuting them and it is said that under his rule twenty million people
were killed, including those in concentration camps. Cambodias Pol
Pot imitated the Red Army of MAO Tsu-Tung and coerced children
into killing intellectuals. One million seventy thousand people were
said to have been killed under him. Many other figures including
Italys MUSSOLINI, TOJO of Japan and CEAUSESCU of Romania
are also on display.
CIA: How did they become dictators?
Director: They all have something in common. Hitler portrayed
Jews as the enemy of the German people by claiming that the
German economy had been controlled by Jews. He subsequently
channeled peoples frustration into hatred for the Jews. Like Hitler,
most dictators agitate their people and grasp complete power. After
that they purge the opposition and build a dictatorship. Then those
dictators who are afraid of betrayal protect themselves by placing
their relatives and their yes-men in important posts and using the
monopolized media they make themselves defied. After that they
oppress people while they and their families enjoy prosperity. The
way dictators grasp power is very similar in most cases.

The Dictators Museum
A New Sightseeing Spot in Tokyo
There is conflicting data regarding the num ber of victim s killed by these dictators.
Note
The worlds first dictators museum will open soon in Tokyo.
Here, dictators of modern times will be displayed along with
photos and evidence of how they oppressed people. The
museum is sure to become a major topic of conversation as
Tokyos new sightseeing spot. Hiragana Times CIA arranged
an exclusive interview with the museum director.
CIA: Director, dont you think that dictators are not just politicians,
but incredibly good swindlers? People at the time adored these
people which means they adored a thief of a nation, didnt they?
Director: Thats right, but disgustingly it was these thieves them-
selves who pushed people to adore them. This museum was built to
let people around the world know of their evil conduct. Dont think
this is a museum, but a prison, where once they are caught here they
can never get out and are displayed as foolish specimens so that the
worlds people can scorn them generation after generation.
CIA: Are only dead dictators displayed?
Director: Yes, but there are many living dictators who we would
like to display now, but are not able to do so as we are afraid of being
oppressed.

CIA Cynically Insulting Agency
CIA: We can all guess who they are. Saddam HUSSEIN who
oppressed the Iraq people will be one, wont he? And of course
President Bush who started the Iraq War by claiming Iraq had
weapons of mass destruction will be the next. He must be displayed
without fail in the museum, especially if he starts another war, right?
Director: No! President Bush declared that he would remove the
causes of oppression. If he is successful and becomes a hero of the
people of countries America liberates, he will be a super hero in this
museum and will be purged from here forever.
CIA: Well then, what about the Great Shogun of North Korea?
Director: It is impossible as he is only a pipsqueak who displays
cunning methods of bargaining and abducts innocent foreign people.
The only chance for him to be displayed here is if he attacks Tokyo
with nuclear weapons as he has threatened, but if that happens, this
museum will be completely destroyed before we can display him.
