Human resource is considered to be the most valuable asset in
any organization. It is the sum total of inherent abilities, acquired
knowledge and skills represented by the talents and aptitudes of the
employed persons who comprise executives, superiors and the
employees. Human resource should be utilized to the maximum
possible extend, to achieve individual and organizational goals.
Employees performance is in!uenced by motivation and "ob
satisfaction.
Employee satisfaction or "ob satisfaction plays an important role
in deciding the organizations strength. It is quiet natural that the
satis#ed employees are de#nitely motivated to perform better. $his
leads to improvement in quality, increase in production and creates a
win%win situation between ability and motivation.

1234, according to him it is a combination of psychological,
physiological5 environmental factors. It represents a persons
evaluation of his6her "ob or work content. It is ones positive feeling
towards his6her "ob. It is often determined by how well outcomes may

commitment in the ful#llment of format requirements. $here is greater
willingness to invest personal energy 5 time in "ob performance.
