How to make bubble pearls

1 litre of bubble pearls= 6 litre of water



1. Boil the water
2. Pour in the bubble pearls when the water is boiled.
3. The bubble pearls are needed to be stirred to ensure they are separated from each
other.
4. Let the bubble pearls to be boiled until the pearls are floating on top of the water.
5. Set your time to 22 minutes.
6. Let it be boiled until the time reaches 22 minutes.
7. Then, turn off the fire and cover it with a lid while setting the time to 30 minutes.
8. Let the pearls to be kept for 30 minutes.
9. After 30 minutes, take out the pearls and wash it with fresh water until the pearls are
warm and nice.
10. Later, take out the pearls and separate it from the water into a container. At the same
time, prepare sweet syrup by adding sugars into the water and boil it. ( Please take
note that the sugars are to be added according to the reference provided below)
11. Let the sweet syrup to be cooled.
12. Finally, pour the syrup into the bubble pearls and keep it into a container.

1kg of sugar = 1 litre of water
The bubble pearls can be served for 1 day only.
Do not refrigerate the bubble pearls.
