25-28, 2014 with sole aim of providing an opportunity to

available in the field of arms and ammunition,security

The application for space booking can be submitted ONLI NE/OFFLI NE. Forms available at
www. indiasecurityexpo. com .
Space allocation will be done by I TPOon merit basis on receipt of the prescribed form along
with supporting documents and 50% advance space rent of Rs. 50,000/- (whichever is higher)
payble by Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of "I ndia Trade Promotion Organisation, New
Delhi". The balance payment, including electricity and water connection charges, if any, is
required to be made within one month prior to commencement of the event or on receipt of
invoice, whichever isearlier, I n case of cancellation/rejection of application the refund will be
processed asper I TPOrulesand regulations.

SHELL SCHEME (BUILT-UP BOOTH): For space booking under
shell scheme, a constructed booth with partition panels, floor
covering, one table and two chairs, five spot lights, one plug and
one waste paper basket will be provided to the exhibitors per
booth of 9 Sq. Mtrs.
BARE SPACE Layout pl an: I nterior design is required to be
submitted to Architect U nit of I TPO for approval prior to
commencement of construction. (Minimum booking 36 sq. mtrs. )
Any deviation in the Architectural guidelines, construction without
approval of ITPO will be treated as violation and the matter will be
dealt seriously by I TPO. The maximum height permissible is 8. Ft
forthe entire peripheral walls or any designs what so ever.
ELECTRICITY/POWER CHARGES: (Shell Scheme) 1 I 0N power
load comprising five lamps and one no. 5 amp socket will be
provided. For extra load power service connection charges are Rs.
1 90/- per I 0N (one time) and power consumption charges are Rs.
168/- per I 0N perday. Service tax extra will be charged.
ELECTRICITY/POWER CHARGES: (Bare Space) One time
Power service connection charges are Rs. 240/- per I 0N per 9
Sqmtr. Power consumption charges are Rs. 1MY-per I 0N per day.
Service taxwill be charged extra.
EXHIBITOR GUIDE: I TPO will be bringing out an Exhibitors
Directory which will serve as an ideal reference manual of the
INDIA INTERNATIONAL SECURITY EXPO' 2014. The directory
will be distributed to the visitors, importers, buying agents,
exhibitors and trade related bodies. The last date for receipt of
advertisements/participant profile in the Fair Guide will be 14
August, 201 4. Entries/advertisements received after this date will
not be entertained.
