Krabby Patty with Romesco

Sauce
Yield: 3 servings
Ingredients for the Krabby Patty
12 pcs imitation crabsticks, chopped
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 pcs egg
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
oil for pan frying
Ingredients for the Romesco Sauce
1 tbsp cashew nuts
3 cloves roasted garlic
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped & seeded tomatoes
1/4 cup canned pimiento
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 1/2 tsp pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Procedure for Krabby Patty
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Form into 6 patties.
3. On medium flame, heat non-stick pan.
4. Pan-fry patties for 2-3 minutes on each side or until
brown.
5. Serve with Romesco sauce.
Procedure for Romesco Sauce
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and pure until
smooth.
2. Set aside until ready to serve.
Procedure for Roasted Garlic (Romesco
sauce)
1. Cut top part of 1 whole garlic bulb.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and
pepper.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Notes
1. You can serve this sandwiched in-between buns,
and/ or with lettuce.
2. You can also use Tartar sauce with the patties.


Lamb Biryani Rice Burger
Total Time: 90 minutes | Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients for the Biryani Rice Patties
1 McCormick Biryani Rice Cookers mix (1 sachet
cooked with rice)
6 lamb burger patties (Click here for the recipe.)
Garlic yogurt sauce (recipe below)
Oil for frying
Ingredients for the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp parsley
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedure
1. Cook the rice with the McCormick Biryani mix as
directed on its packaging. Once done, set it aside to
cool.
2. Shape the rice into balls then flatten each into shape.
Cool further in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so
that it sets better.
3. Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing all its ingredients
together. Keep the sauce in your fridge until its to be
used.
4. Pan fry the rice buns for 2-3 minutes per side or
until browned.
5. Cook the lamb burger patties however you prefer.
6. Assemble the final product by stacking the rice bun
with a burger patty, drizzle it with garlic yogurt sauce,
and then top the whole thing with another rice bun.
7. Serve and enjoy!
Note: One additional option is to add roasted tomatoes on top of the
burger.

Ingredients for the Lamb Patties
500g Ground Lamb
1 tsp or 2g Oregano, fresh
Salt and Pepper
Onion, finely minced
Garlic, finely chopped

1. For the patties, mix everything together well with
your hands. Do this the night before. Weigh each
patty, 100g each would be a hefty morning-after
portion. Its your choice on how heavy you want
yours to be.
2. Pan-grill the lamb patties with a little oil brushed on a
heavy skillet at approximately 2 minutes per side.
Dont worry, youre gonna put it inside the oven
anyway.
