1 Preamble
The Schedules contain Bill of Quantities, Daywork Schedule and Breakdown of Price, all of which shall be completed and submitted by the tenderer together with the Letter of Tender.
1.1 Bill of Quantities
The Bill of Quantities contains the items of the Subcontract Works which the Subcontractor shall execute and complete, and remedy any defects therein, in accordance with the Subcontract, subject to the Variations.
The Bill of Quantities contains the following parts of Mechanical Work Package A, which have been grouped according to the nature and location of the work:
The Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with the relevant documents forming the Subcontract as general description and description of work and materials are not necessarily repeated nor summarized in the Bill of Quantities.
All quantities set out in the Bill of Quantities are estimated quantities and are not to be taken as the actual and correct quantities of the Subcontract Works which the Subcontractor requires to execute, or for the purposes of the evaluation of the Subcontract Works for payment. The Subcontract Works shall be measured and evaluated for payment in accordance with Sub-Clauses 13.1, 13.2, 13.3 and 13.4 of the Conditions of Subcontract and the Specification accordingly.
The rates and prices entered in the completed Bill of Quantities shall cover all Subcontractors obligations, risks and liabilities under the Subcontract, whether express or implied, including, without limitation to, all costs, management, supervision, expenses, taxes, duties, fees, overhead charges and profit and shall be deemed to have included all amounts to cover the contingency of rises or falls in Cost for all circumstances which may affect the Subcontractor in the performance of his obligations under the Subcontract. Therefore, the amount payable to the Subcontractor shall not be adjusted for rises or falls in the cost of labor, goods and other inputs to the Subcontract Works.
The Bill of Quantities shall be fully priced, with a rate or price entered for each item. Each amount shall be carried forward to the summary, total of which shall be carried forward to the Letter of Tender. All rates and prices shall be entered in the same currency as that which is named in the Letter of Tender. If any item is not priced, there shall be no payment for the work described in the item, which shall be deemed covered by other rates or prices.

1.2 Daywork Schedule
In accordance with Sub-Clause 12.6 of the Conditions of Subcontract, the Contractor may instruct that a Variation shall be executed on a daywork basis for work of a minor or incidental nature. The work shall then be valued in accordance with Sub-Clause 12.6 of the Conditions of Subcontract.
(1) Labor
The basic rates of the labor stated in the Daywork Schedule shall base on working 10 hours per day and 6 days per week (from Monday to Saturday). Each basic rate shall include, without limitation to, all costs of wages, taxes, fees, insurances, allowances, accommodation, catering, transportation, mobilization, demobilization, supervision, management, tools, consumables, overhead and profit, and any other costs and expenses.
Any work carried out on locally recognized days of rest (other than the foregoing) or outside the normal working hours shall be paid at the overtime rates stated in the Daywork Schedule, with an overtime premium in accordance with the applicable Laws, for the labors employed in carrying out the daywork. Each overtime rate shall comprises costs of wages and any other appropriate costs that shall be incurred in relation to the overtime work.
Payments for the labor shall be made of the actual working hours used in executing the daywork.

4 of 4 (2) Construction Equipment
Each rate or price of the construction equipment stated in the Daywork Schedule shall include, without limitation to, all costs of the equipment, whether owned or leased by the Subcontractor, fuel, oil, lubricant, grease, depreciation, spare parts, maintenance, insurance, taxes, fees, mobilization, demobilization, supervision, management, overhead and profit, and any other costs and expenses. Each rate or price of the construction equipment shall not include cost of the equipment operator as it shall be paid at the relevant unit rate of the labor.
Payment for the construction equipment shall be made of the actual working hours used in executing the daywork. For any work carried out on locally recognized days of rest or outside the normal working hours, no overtime premium shall be applicable to the construction equipment used in carrying out such daywork.
(3) Goods
Before ordering any Goods for the daywork, the Subcontractor shall submit quotations and obtain approval of the Contractor. When applying for payment, the Subcontractor shall submit to the Contractor invoices, vouchers and accounts or receipts for any Goods used in executing the dayworks.
1.3 Breakdown of Price
Breakdown of Price shall be completed in the form contained herein and shall be submitted with the Letter of Tender. The completed Breakdown of Price shall, among others, be used for the adjustments of the final amount of the Subcontract Works, when applicable.
However, each unit rate in Breakdown of Price, such as unit man-hour, unit labor cost, unit material cost and etc., shall not be changed. That is total unit rate for each item shall not be changed.
1.4 Adjustments to Final Amount of Subcontract Works
If final amount of the Subcontract Works evaluated in accordance with Sub-Clause 13.1, 13.2, 13.3 and 13.4 of the Conditions of Subcontract after completion of the Subcontract Works, including total amount of the Variations, is changed by more than 10 % (increase or decrease) from the Accepted Subcontract Amount, the Subcontract Price shall be calculated as follows:
Subcontract Price =FAS +(1 FAS / ASA) x 0.5 x ID
Where;
FAS: Final amount of the Subcontract Work evaluated in accordance with Sub-Clauses 13.1, 13.2, 13.3 and 13.4 of the Conditions of Subcontract, including total amount of the Variations, ASA: Accepted Subcontract Amount, and ID: Total amount of the indirect cost, overhead charges and profit included in the Accepted Subcontract Amount, as shown on the Breakdown of Price.
