pills. In the final analysis, it is up to you to successfully reach your GOALS."
But yup if somebody is guiding you, sharing his/her experiences with you, i think it'll be
always beneficial for you. so there is no harm in taking coaching. and i feel it makes
you more positive and focused towards your GOAL.

I too had joined a reputed coaching institute in chennai 4 IAS. and after 3 yrs when
iam preparing now(without coaching) i feel more confident, since i have come to
know,got idea, got courage to face, CSE(P) exam, atleast 2 some extent only
because of the exemplory service done by UPSCPORTAL. COMMUNITY.I am never
degrading the work of the institution(any coaching centre) becoz i got valuable
oppournity to sit in classes of great teaching faculties(professors) of chennai,for which
iam always in gratitude.but personally i feel only 20-25% can be put into by any
centre;and everything depends on the aspirants sincere hard work and inbuilt craving
to reach the goal!and by the help of dedicated faculties of upscportal.com, its sure
that we can succeed .

i would like to say that,

1) according to me coaching is for them who are either not completely aware about
these exams or it is for them who needs a polish over them.
2) what ever your purpose may be for clearing these exams, the actual requirement
for the services are the internal ability of the aspirant to handle the BIG job as an
officer because you would be the one out of BILLION aspirants eligible for it and
coaching can't bring out those abilities in you for complete 100%.
3) moreover we all know that a Rice with husk is more valuable in terms of nutrition,
than as compared to a polished rice.
..........now its upon you to either take it or reject it.

Without ability, no one can get IAS though coaching classes. Talented person can get
without coaching. Sometimes they may take coaching for final touch.

may be some of u like it or not........ but it is necessary 2 get coaching as we have 2

take guidance from someone ............... tht how we have 2 perform......wht we lack
.......or wht in future we have 2 study................... any particular person will be helpful
for something 2 achieve a good rank in IAS
