a) Get the Servicing and Breakdown rectification as per Dockets, Inventory Management and MIS,
Quotation for Gensets and AMF Panel.
b) Infra Related Facilities Like Utility Management to Various Infra Providers like ATC, BSNL,
Vodafone, Airtel, Reliance, GTL and CNIL Our work of scope is timely Preventive Maintenance of
SMPS, PIU, Battery Bank, Air condition, Earth Pits, LT panels, Fuel Refilling as per CPH,
Security, Electric Bill Collections and submission, Services and Breakdown Rectification of
Diesel Generators, and Upgrading and Replacement of SMPS and Battery Banks etc.
c) Operating a Team of Technicians and take their daily feedback regarding their site status, and issues
of site and to ensure of rectification. Generate Preventive Maintenance Checklist, Outage
Reports, Diesel and Service Status of Equipments as per AMC and resolve the faulty dockets
of equipment as per SLA with OEM and Restore Sites as soon as possible on 24X7 Basis.
d) Ensure Power Alarm of BTS and MUX not get faulty and should be matched as per power
utilization of Electric, Diesel Generator and Electricity Availability.
e) Leading a Technical Team to take care of 2G & 3G BTS and SDH/PDG Microwave Transport
Media Installations, E1- Channelization, and BTS Alarm Termination for Idea, Vodafone and Airtel
and get done QC/AT as per Purchase order given by Operators.
f) Rectification and Automation of DG Panels, and Rectification and Maintenance of Electrified
Sites.
g) Co-ordination with operators OMCR and NOC to prevent outages and improve RF issues to
Prevent low voltage sites.
h) Submission of All relevant bills as per SO/PO and payment realization as per SLA.

Key Responsibilities:
a) To maintain Uptime of Network Availability of Vodafone >= 99.98% of my B.S.C on 24X7 Basis.
b) Predictive Preventive and Reactive maintenance of Passive Infra and Active Infra of Vodafone
Network.
c) Onsite fault troubleshooting and Corrective maintenance of all Electrical and Electronics installation of
Propagating sites, including BSC, Necessary Preventive and Corrective action to avoid major
Breakdowns.
d) Maintenance of 250 Electrified sites comprises of 25KVA Transformer to 63KVA of 11KVA HT/LT
Distributions.
e) Proper utilization of Vendors as per P.O. contract of SLA involved in daily OAM activities,
f) MIS generation of all Network Parameters that affect OPEX. MIS of Equipment complains and status
pending from OEM or Vendor. Data Records of Servicing, Maintenance and Fuel filling of DGs and EB
bills, Also verification of Utilities bills and tally it to field Data. Vendor bill vetting.
g) Site Acquisition according to RF plan, Acceptance Test of On-Aired new sites. Network Alarm
Rectification with the co-ordination to OMCR to improve BSS KPI as TCH Block < 2%, SDCCH
Block < 1%, TCH Drop < 1.5%, SDCCH Drop <= 1.5%. Supervision of OFC Network and Project
work.
h) Resolution of Customer complaint. Implementation of Repeaters and IBS at low coverage area.

Faulty/Breakdown Equipments with respective OEM vendors and ensure for rectification as per SLA.

e) Operation and Maintenance of Infra related MIS generation to understand Networks drawbacks and
to reduce running cost from the power utility aspects, frequently site visit for preventive and corrective
maintenance.
