Project Management
The PCB Design manager receives the Layout input
package from the customer.
The Layout input package is send to the PCB Design team.
The PCB Design team reviews and analyses the Layout
inputs and updates the requirement review checklist. inputs and updates the requirement review checklist.
The project is allocated to the PCB Design Engineering
team by the PCB Design Manager.
Resource planning and CAD schedule is prepared to
execute the project.
Project Kick-off with the customer.
