Job description:
i. CASA opening
ii. Other clerical work like FD openings and renewal.
Eligibility:
Degree from any recognized University.
AGE: 21 to 35 years
Common Examination and provide training at Karur training college

3.3 SWOT Analysis
Strengths:
1. Focus on Strong robust financial products.
2. Social inclusiveness through schemes for all sectors.
3. Diversified approach towards wealth management.
4. Gives employment to over 1600 people.
Weakness:
1. Moderate presence across India as it is predominantly present in South India.
2. Minimal marketing causes less visibility.
Opportunities:

3.4 Goals and Targets fulfillments:

Industry guide assigned me target of observing counter work.(one counter per one day)

1. Cash counter- work of the cash counter.
2. Gold loan counter- appraisal who will assess the worth of the gold.
3. Counter 1- Loans provided to the small business & assessing of credit limit
4. Counter 2- CASA openings
5. Counter 3- Fixed deposits opening and renewal
6. Counter 4- Cash transactions
7. Counter 5- Authorization of CASA a/c, Fixed deposits, Cheques and cash
transactions.

There is a pending target of observing the work of counter 2, 3,4,5 and this target will be
completed in the next week.

3.5 Interaction with industry guide:
My interaction with industry guide is on daily basis. Industry guide helped me in the
work where I got few doubts while observing the work of appraisal (who will assess the
gold loan and checks whether the gold is original or not?)


3.6 Status of Research plan & Interaction with Faculty Guide (with reference
to 2.4) :
There is no practical difficulties while obtaining data. I am collecting the data from the
LVB official website and also collecting from the reports & materials which were
provided by the industry guide.
