MANTENIMIENTO
De origen, el material se envia engrasado para 15.000 horas de funcionamiento
o para 5 aos.
Cada 2.000 horas o cada ao, controlar el estado de los engranajes abriendo una tapa.
REDUCTOR BASE :
LUBRIFICACION
Con grasa.
Asegurarse de que el tornillo de respiracin fig. 5 est en la parte superior del reductor.
VACIADO
Liberar la entrada ocupada por la motorizacin y el reductor secundario (ver ficha tecnica
del reductor secundario)
Retirar la grasa, con ayuda de una jeringa o de un sifn.
Cambiar la junta JO3.
NOTA : En el.caso de incidente: - la rueda dentada,
- El rodamiento del lado de la bobina,
Es necesario cambiar el subconjunto reductor base.
REDUCTOR SECONDARIO : Ver ficha tecnica 4 10N023.

MANTENIMIENTO
DE ORIGEN, EL MATERIAL SE ENVIA ENGRASADO PARA 15.000 HORAS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO O PARA 5 AOS
LUBRIFICACION
Con grasa.
ACCESO AL REDUCTOR SECUNDARIO
Desmontar el grupo de motoracoplamiento fijado por 4 tornillos M8x25:
- 2 tornillos estn en el exterior marca B.
- 2 tornillos estn al lado del acoplamiento marca A.
SUSTITUCION DE LA GRASA (Tener un kit de recambio con grasa, juntas y tornillos)
Una vez abierto el reductor secundario, retirar la grasa usada.
Limpiar el interior con un pincel y con petroleo.
Guarnecer con la grasa nueva el interior del carter.
Volver a montar utilizando una nueva junta entre las 2 bridas.
SUSTITUCION DEL TREN DE ENGRANAJES MARCA 6 Y DEL PION DEL EJE MARCA 4
(Tener un kit de recambio con grasa, juntas y tornillos)
Acceso al interior del reductor secundario segn el modo operacional anterior.
Desmontar el reductor fijado por 4 tornillos M8x25, donde uno de los tornillos se encuentran en el interior marca C.
Extraer el anillo elstico 62 i y 20 e.
Empujar (de izquierda a derecha segn el dibujo) el pin del eje marca 4 para extraer la rueda marca 6 y
cambiar. El pin marca 6 esta fijado al acoplamiento por un tornillo M5x70. Si fuera necesario, proceder al
cambio del pin del eje marca 4.
Volver a montar, proceder a las operaciones inversas.
Cambiar las juntas.

- Remove the motor to have access to the anti run back bearing
- The anti run back bearing is free to rotate in one direction and blocked on the other
direction.
If any problem, change the anti run back bearing.

REVERSING THE FREE WHEEL
Remove the perforated plate item 2 fixed by 2 screws HM6x10
Remove the motor item 4 fixed by 2 screws HM6x20 + 2 screws HM6x25 with the antirotation
plate of the free wheel item 21.
At the end of the motor shaft, extract the coupling hub item 20 locked by 1 screw H M6 or
M5.
When the free wheel item 22 is freed, slide it along the motor shaft, turn it around and
replace it on the shaft.
Carry out the operations in reverse order for re-assembly.
SETTING THE TORQUE (+ To be carried out away from dust and water)
Remove the perforated plate item 2 fixed by 2 screws HM6x10.
Withdraw the 2 stop screws item 11.
Hold the front flange item 9 stationary by hand and rotate the rear flange item 12. Clockwise
flange item 12 will increase the torque.(1/4 of turn = + 0.02 mdaN).
Locate the 2 screws in front of a mark and tighten it with Loctite 243 distributing the tight pull.
MAXIMUM ADJUSTMENT
Turn clockwise the rear flange item 12 TO THE MAXIMUM. Turn BACK of 1/8 of round
minimum up to the mark (3/8 of round maximum).
Lock the position by 2 screws. Check in turning the coupler by hand that there is no
FRICTION NOISE.
MINIMUM ADJUSTMENT
Start from MAXIMUM position, turn the rear flange, item 12, counter-clockwise 2.5 complete
turns up to the mark.

BRUSH HOLDER ADJUSTMENT
Centre each brush on its ring.
MAI NTENANCE
Remove the slip ring cover.
Check the connections.
Check that the screws and threaded rods of the slipring are well tightened.
Check that the hub slipring is well tightened on the driving shaft.
If the rings are marked, slightly pitted or with large carbon deposit, polish with
emeri cloth 320 grade.
Clean the insulators.
Remove the dust from the assembly.
Check: => the brushes wear (replacement if X 7mm),
=> the quality of the contact of the brushes on the ring,
=> the position of the brushes on the ring.
Install the cover with its seal.
Change the joint if it is showing signs of wear.

Specify serial number of the cable reel.

adaptations he might make on this non-standard material. The responsibility of the manufacturer is restricted to the
supplied parts.
