CARDINAL PRIMARY RIGHTS:

1. Right to a hearing;
2. Tribunal must consider the evidence presented;

MANDATORY CONCILIATION AND MEDIATION CONFERENCE

2. Conciliation and mediation of efforts shall be exerted by the labor arbiter all throughout out
proceedings;
3. In any case, the compromise agreement shall be approved by the Labor Arbiter;
4. A compromise agreement shall be binding upon the parties and shall have force and effect of
judgment rendered by the Labor Arbiter;
5. The mandatory conciliation and mediation conference shall be terminated within 30 days from
the od the first conference;
6. No motion for postponement shall be entertained except upon meritorious ground
RES JUDICATA REQUISITES
