Dear Ms Loges,

RE : POSITION : CLERK

With reference to your recent interview with our Company, we have pleasure in offering you
employment for the post as details listed below:

a) Position : Clerk
b) Date of Join : 11 November 2014
c) Contract Period : 3 Months


1. BASIC SALARY

Your commencing basic salary shall be RM1200.00 per month.

2. NORMAL WORKING HOURS

The normal working hours shall be as follows:
Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30pm (including 1 hours lunch break)
Saturday and Sunday (Off day)

3. PROBATION
A newly appointed employee shall be required to serve the Company a probationary period of there
(3) months that may be extended for a further period or such other period at the discretion of the
Company.


4. NOTICE OF TERMINATION OR PAYMENT IN LIEU
In the event of either party wishing to terminate this contract of service, either party shall give
written notice to the other party prior to the intended termination date or disburse payment in lieu
of notice of termination and/ or payment in lieu of notice shall be as follows :
- Two (2) weeks notice or payment in lieu during probationary period.


5. BREACH OF CONTRACT
You shall be deemed to have broken the contract of service if you have been continuously absent
from work for more than two days.
a) Without approved leave from your superior or reasonable excuse
b) Without informing or attempting to inform the Company of such absence

6. PERFORMANCE BONUS / INCREMENT
The payment of bonus or increment is made entirely at the discretion of the Company.

7. ANNUAL LEAVE
You will be entitled to the following number of days of annual leave based on the length of service :-
i. Less than 2 years - 8 days per year
ii. 2 years but less than 5 years - 12 days per year
iii. 5 years of service and above - 16 days per year
Employee may apply for their annual leave after confirmation of service.

Application for such leave shall be submitted on the prescribed form at least five (5) days before the
commencement of leave.


8. CONFIDENTIALITY / CONFLICT OF INTEREST

You shall under no circumstances divulge or makes public all Company information imparted to or
gained by you in the course of duties as an employee of the Company. You are required to keep all
client information and discussions strictly confidential.






9. OBLIGATIONS

a. During your employment with the Company, you will at all times faithfully and diligently
perform and observe the duties as may from time to time be assigned to you by your superiors
and devote the whole time and attention to the discharge of the duties and functions devolved
upon you. You will not engage directly or indirectly in any other employment without the
written consent of the Management.

b. You shall also hold yourself responsible to the Company all monies, property, tools, equipment,
material, records, stores and such other items that may be put or given into your charge of
which safe custody or charge may be assigned to you as part of your duties.

10. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If, for any reason whatsoever,the Company wishes to alter these terms and conditions of service in
any way, it reserves the right to do so entirely at its discretion. All other terms and conditions of
service not mentioned herein shall be in accordance with the existing practice of the
Company,which may be amended from time to time.

Kindly indicate your acceptance of the abovementioned terms and conditions by signing and returning
the duplicate to us no later than one (1) week from the date of this letter,failinh which this offer shall be
deemend to have lapsed.

Congratulations. You have successfully undergone the probation period in your employment with us.
The Firm wishes to confirm your employment effective 10

Please take note that your service of employment may be terminated by the Firm or yourself by giving
one (1) month notice in writing or payment of salary in lieu of such notice after this confirmation of
employment.

The Firm expects that you will continue to advance your performance and contribute positively towards
the progress of the Firm.
