PERSONAL PROFILE

I have obtained many skills – such as working as a team (i.e. with a good
understanding of group dynamics of various organisations), excellent
interpersonal and adaptable skills, and the ability to communicate effectively
at all levels. I would be seeking Junior entry level Helpdesk/PC Support
positions.

I am enthusiastic, self-motivated, visionary and able to work under pressure,


meet deadlines, assist and contribute to measures of improvement and
quality development of diverse services. I have the ability to think both
independently and strategically exercising sound judgement in any situation
or environment.

Professional Objective:
My initial aim is to be employed in a Systems support/helpdesk role as part of
my Network and ICT Systems Support training so that I can gain practical
experience in the IT industry. I also have a specific interest in Network
Engineering and would like to strengthen my skills in this area.

In the long term, I hope to gain enough experience to act as a senior Network
Engineer/Systems Analyst for the development of customer systems and
software applications.

Leasehold Management
Pos: Leasehold Management Officer
Recruited on a 2 month contract, my main duty was to
see which tenants had paid their rent and make sure
others were up to date on their mortgage. The
information was then forwarded to the corresponding
officer. I also had to answer any queries tenants had
concerning rent, mortgage, and repairs. I used a
number of different databases ranging from Unix based
systems to Windows (Excel and Access). Scanned
documents and did some clerical work such as typing
letters using Word and WordPerfect, filling, and
organizing and sending post.

Main duty was to sell mobile phones over the phone. I
worked in 2 departments here, inbound and outbound
sales. There was a lot of customer service involved and
spoke to many people of different professions and
backgrounds.

Main duty was to input CV data from clients wishing to
find workwithin the IT industry. I had liased with
consultants from different offices within the company
and had to work to tight deadlines. I used a number of
