In testing the difference of two independent groups over a certain variable, the appropriate test is t-test. Table
shows that respondents between private and public school has no significant difference on their financial stress.
Both experience moderate level of financial stress with a t-value of 0.640 and p-value of 0.525.

Interpretation:
Table 5A is the summary of descriptive statistics of time management of MAMC respondents. It shows that
respondents fairly agree that they have less time to study with a mean of 2.88, strongly disagree that they have
poor attendance record with a mean of 1.73, disagree that they unable to meet deadline. Respondents have mean
of 2,2121 on time management which can be interpreted as disagree, that is, they disagree that they have poor
time management.

Interpretation:
Table 7A is the summary of t-test of time management between public and private school respondents. Since
the value of t are all less than 2, it suggest a non-significant difference on all the variables pertaining to time
management between private and public respondents. They experience the same on time to study, attendance
and meeting deadlines.

their degree of relationship is not significant (p-value greater than 0.05). That is, financial stress being
experience by students in private school has nothing to do with their academic performance in terms of time
