INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please bring an ATTESTED COPY of this ADMIT CARD with your recent passport size photograph firmly pasted on it when you come for the
examination. Candidates without an ATTESTED COPY of the ADMIT CARD and without the photograph pasted on the ADMIT CARD will not be
permitted to appear for the CMAT examination.
2.
You are requested to report at the Exam venue as per the reporting time mentioned above. Late comers will not be allowed to take the exam.
3. You need to bring at least one original (not photocopied / scanned copy) and valid (not expired) photo identification. The name on your photo
identification must match your name as entered in the CMAT application. Acceptable forms of photo identification types are limited to Drivers
license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, UID card or a notarized Affidavit (in English) with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address.
Photocopies of the original are not acceptable. Candidates will not be permitted to take the test if photo identification is not presented or if
there is a mismatch.
Note: - If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage, you must show any of the relevant documents mentioned below.
Relevant documents: Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree, Legal Name Change Document
SC/ST candidates are required to bring the valid caste certificate in Original or a Photocopy.
Physically Disabled candidates are required to bring the valid Disability certificate in Original or a Photocopy.
4. You will be provided with scratch paper for rough work. Rough work cannot be done on any other paper/sheet, as nothing will be allowed
inside the testing room. On completion of the test, candidates will have to hand back all the scratch paper to the Administrator.
5. Candidates are not allowed to carry any personal belongings to the exam centre including but not limited to wrist-watch, cell phones,
calculators, etc.. In case you carry any personal item, it will have to be kept outside the examination hall at your own risk. The examination
center will not responsible for any loss or damage of such items.
6. You can leave the examination hall only after completion of the test i.e., after three hours is over. You cannot leave the examination hall
before three hours even if you have submitted your paper.
7. No Mal-Practices will be tolerated. AICTE is fully authorized to take stern action against offenders.
