Here are Figs. 2 and 3 from the 2008 UN Report, presenting changes in global population and fertility
rates over a one hundred year period (1950-2050). This UN data shows that the pronounced decline in
population and fertility rates began right after nuclear bomb testing ended (1963), continued when nuclear
power plants started up in about 1968, and following the Chernobyl global nuclear disaster in 1986. The
population and fertility rates have continued to decline with the introduction of depleted uranium
weaponry (DU) starting with Gulf War I in 1991. Radioactive pollution, introduced with each new
nuclear technology, has a cumulative effect in the environment and in biological systems, increasing
the exposure burden throughout the biosphere.
National Security Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, and titled "Implications of world wide population
growth for U.S. security & overseas interests," says:

Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that "depopulation should
be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World." He quoted
reasons of national security, and because (t)he U.S. economy will require large and
increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries
... Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability,
population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of
U.S.

The steepest drop in population and fertility coincides with the uranium wars 1991-2000, and reflects the
stated goals of the Kissinger State Dept. 1975 report "Global 2000", a US National Security plan to
globally depopulate the world, as Kissinger stated, “by at least 2 billion people”.

FERTILITY RATES DECLINING GLOBALLY

"It is perhaps a reasonable theory to propound that all efforts at providing good health care
to the mother and the infant proved futile against the surge wave of Strontium-90 damage
to the bone marrow by inhuman cold war hydrogen bombs exploded in the atmosphere
with impunity by the nuclearisers, sublime in the knowledge that these infant
mortalities would be perfect murders."

The depopulation agenda of National Security Policy is succeeding. The fertility and population rates are
declining due primarily to radiation exposure effects from global nuclear pollution, shaving off the most
vulnerable parts of the population – the young, the old, and the weak. The decline is apparent in Fig. 3 for
all countries, and at about the same rate indicating that it has to be a global environmental effect.

Evidence from India on the effects of nuclear testing and the release of large amounts of radiation into the
Irish Sea by Sellafield nuclear reprocessing plant in the UK, reveals that since 1950 nuclear pollution has
caused a significant decrease in the population and fertility in India.

Indian scientist Ramaswami Ashok Kumar's data estimates that approximately 30 million Indian babies
have died or were stillborn from 1950-2008, as a result of exposure to atmospheric testing,
Chernobyl, and Sellafield radioactive emissions. This is not surprising considering that Dr. L. J.
LeVann's research in 1963, on Canadian babies exposed to ionizing radiation from Russian Arctic bomb
tests, found that:

…a single radioactive atom is 10-100 million times more toxic to developmental stages
of multicellular organisms than the most potent teratogenic substances.

Kumar also reported a 36.5% decline in fertility in India since 1971, a well-known effect of
exposure to radiation. Radioactive discharges are the perfect holocaust for Indian excess infant
mortalities, stillbirths, and mortality in 0-5 year olds. The infant mortality rate of course controls
population growth.

DIABETES IN PREGNANT WOMEN: WEAK AND SICKLY BABIES

On Sept. 25, 2009, an Indonesian woman gave birth to an 8.7-kilogramme (19.2-pound) baby boy, Akbar
Risuddin, the heaviest newborn ever recorded in the country. The baby boy is pictured here next to a baby
of average size at a hospital in Medan, North Sumatra. Risuddin was born to a diabetic mother in a 40-
minute caesarian that was complicated by his unusual weight and size. His puffy face and hands, and
large size compared to normal healthy newborns, indicate that he already has health problems, and will
have a troubled health history. High birth weight babies are as much at risk as low birth weight babies.

Diabetes has been linked to radiation exposure from studies on the Hiroshima and Nagasaki victims,
nuclear weapons testing, nuclear power plants, Chernobyl victims, and depleted uranium exposure. It is
now a global epidemic, increasing with the introduction of every new nuclear technology. It is increasing
at very rapid rates in the Middle East, Central Asia, SE Asia, and China from the DU weapons used in
Iraq, Yugoslavia and Afghanistan. Untreated diabetes in pregnant women produces weak unhealthy
babies that may have low or high birth weights, and results in cancers and other illnesses in the baby’s
future. Diabetes is the major regional and global contributor to the depopulation agenda.

The trajectories in Figure 3 indicate that the overall goal is to reduce reproduction to about 2 children per
female, a reproductive rate that will result in an overall decrease in population numbers since all births
will not survive to adulthood.

SHRINKING MALE POPULATIONS, EXPANDING FEMALE POPULATIONS

At the end of the 2008 UN report on fertility, additional data is presented on the sex ratio, or number of
males per 100 females, by country (SEE:VIII. ANNEX TABLES: Table A.1. Total Population by sex in

In this UN report, the number of males per 100 females is dropping – especially in countries exposed
heavily to ionizing radiation from bomb testing, nuclear power plants, nuclear accidents like Chernobyl,
and depleted uranium weaponry introduced in GW I in 1991.

SEX CHANGES: MALE TO FEMALE AFTER BIRTH

What has been observed in fish populations, and this is reported all over the world, is that fish that are
male when they are born or hatched, when exposed to radiation contamination (DU especially) in the
water they live in, they turn into females. This is an example of a decline in the ratio of males to females
in wildlife. This has been reported offshore in California fish populations exposed to San Onofre and
Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant emissions and cooling water that have also caused two ocean dead
zones. It has been widely reported in fish populations in the coastal waters of the UK and Ireland, and in
the Irish Sea.

This sex change phenomenon has also been reported in salmon populations in the Columbia River gorge
in Washington state, with expanding female populations and shrinking male populations. This portion of
the Columbia River is downriver from the Hanford nuclear weapons lab where plutonium was extracted
for the first atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and the US nuclear weapons program.

Male fresh water otters (Lutra canadensis), living in the radioactive contaminated Columbia River, have
lost the interest and ability to mate with female otters. They also exhibit subtle sexual changes such as
smaller bacula (penis bones for erection without blood) than other unexposed populations.

INTERSEX:
MALE AND FEMALE SEXUAL EXPRESSION IN SAME ORGANISM

“Intersex” is another expanding problem reported in wildlife populations, with mixed aspects of both
male and female reproductive cells and/or organs reported in fish, polar bears, and other wildlife
populations. Polar bears with intersex have been reported at Svalbard, an island archipelago in the Arctic
Ocean north of Norway, and very close to the Russian hydrogen bomb test site at the Novaya Zemlya
archipelago. The Russian tests contaminated the entire Arctic.

Propably 17 cases of female polar bears with deformities in their external sex organs
(pseudo-hermaphrodites) have been recorded at Svalbard* since 1990 (Derocher pers.
comm.).

Intersex is now becoming widespread in fish populations, and in a recent US Geological Survey (USGS)
study it is especially high in male bass throughout the US, but it is newly identified and reported in catfish
in this study:

The USGS study on intersex in bass, reported that the rate varied throughout the US, but locally it was as
high as 95% of the male fish tested in a local population. Intersex was highest in the southeastern part of
the US, and there was only one location where not a single intersex fish was identified – in the Yukon of
Alaska. The southeastern US and Gulf Coast states is where the highest rainout of depleted uranium
occurs from storms carrying it across the Atlantic from the Mediterranean region. The radioactive dust
from Iraq and Aghanistan is transported by air masses that form the hurricanes and storms in the
Mediterranean and Sahara desert region.

Ovaries are also reduced in size and color – right side in Fig. 4.5 – from exposure to chemical pollution.
This is also happening in radiation contaminated organisms, since the free radicals from chemicals and
radiation have similar effects. Ionizing radiation can be millions of times more damaging due to the much
greater numbers of free radicals produced and the timing of the exposure.

HERMAPHRODITE RUNNER
A recent controversy over an Olympic bound 18-year old gold
medal-winning runner, Caster Semenya from the northern
South African village of Ga-Masehlong, has revealed that she
is intersex with both male and female sexual characteristics.
She has no uterus or ovaries, but three times more testosterone
than a normal woman due to her internal testes, the male sexual
organs which produce testosterone.

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), intersex,

once referred to as hermaphroditism, is a group of conditions
where there is a discrepancy between the external genitals and
the internal genitals (the testes and ovaries).

The most common cause of sexual ambiguity is congenital adrenal hyperplasia, an endocrine disorder
where the adrenal glands produce abnormally high levels of hormones. Radiation exposure is especially
damaging to the adrenal-pituitary-thyroid axis, where essential signaling molecules or hormones are
produced. Radiation causes a continuum of subtle to gross interruption of the hormones and molecules
that control information flow. The person is genetically male but doesn't develop external male genitals
and appears to be female, or the person can have both male and female physical characteristics. There is
a wide variety of these types of genetic gender disorders. Individually they are rare, but put all
together they are not uncommon.

Her birth certificate has the teen listed as female and she was raised as a girl. Her urine tests showed that,
despite having higher than average male hormone levels, they are within the official limits for a woman.

[International Olympic Committee] IOC president Jacques Rogge said the case could have
serious psychological repercussions on the 18-year-old Semenya, who won the women's
800 metres at last month's world championships in Berlin.

"This is something that touches the very soul of the individual," Rogge told The
Associated Press in a telephone interview. "The psychological but also social
consequences are really tremendous. This is something that preferably should be handled
discreetly if you have the time to do that."

Until 1999, gender testing was mandatory for female athletes at the Olympics, but the screenings were
dropped. One of the reasons for eliminating the screenings was that not all women have standard
female chromosomes.

URANIUM: STRONG HORMONE AND ESTROGEN DISRUPTER

Infertility and reproductive cancers can be caused by hormone and estrogen disrupter effects known from
chemical exposures. More recently this was confirmed in recent studies on pregnant mice exposed to
very low levels of depleted uranium in drinking water - below EPA standards in drinking water. In other
words, the US government believes lower levels are safe. However, a reduction in the number of follicles
produced by the ovaries caused decreasing fertility in the offspring of exposed pregnant female mice,
other subtle changes in the tissues of the uterus, and reproductive cancers were reported from low-level
exposure during the developmental stages of unborn mice.

Depleted uranium is extremely toxic when it burns at very high temperatures and produces a radioactive
gas composed of nanoparticles of ceramic (insoluble) uranium oxides. It is the characteristic of depleted
uranium as a pernicious, highly mobile, and permanent poison that made it attractive as a weapon to the
military under the Manhattan Project in WW II. Depleted uranium is toxic for three reasons: it has a
chemical heavy metal effect, a radioactive effect by releasing large amounts of energy from alpha
particles and gamma rays, and it has a particulate or nanoparticle effect as a non-specific catalyst or
enzyme which may be the worst biological toxin known. It is not harmless or weakly radioactive as the
military loves to say – and that is the very reason that the DOD is such a strong proponent of DU
weaponry. It kills lots of people and it destroys things, the two purposes for the existence of the military.

Andrea Gore, a neuroendocrinologist at the University of Texas, Austin, and former advisor to the
National Science Foundation considers this to be a groundbreaking study:

This is a science of subtlety, (Dyer’s and Raymond-Whish’s) work is consistent with other
good labs. People criticize the field of endocrine disruption because we don’t always
understand the mechanisms, but the effects are real. This is why animal studies are so
important. The responses we see in lab animals can happen in humans, because we share
the exact same hormones. The estrogen receptor is similar.

Because uranium is a hormone and estrogen disruptor, it is one of the main causes of diabetes globally
since 1945. All atomic and hydrogen bombs were composed of thousands of times more depleted
uranium than the plutonium in the bomb core, making it the main atmospheric nuclear pollutant since
1945. The very large increase in diabetes beginning in 1991, with the introduction of US depleted
uranium weaponry to the battlefield in GW I, is reflected in the global statistics and indicative of how
pernicious and global the DU poisoning really is.

Insulin is produced in the islets of Langerhans, the regions of the pancreas that contain its endocrine (i.e.,
hormone-producing) cells. Uranium causes double damage because it disturbs the production of insulin
in the pancreas, and interferes with the ability of the insulin to transfer information at the cell wall into the
cell.

USING NATURAL CYCLES TO DELIVER COVERT NUCLEAR WAR

Uranium levels in all drinking water sources in the city of Los Angeles have been measured by Los
Angeles Power and Light since 1998. In the 2007 annual report, they reported that uranium levels
doubled in 2007 in Los Angeles drinking water. This occurred in a year of very heavy bombing in
Afghanistan with 835 air strikes (Iraq and Afghanistan) in July 2007, strategically synchronized with the
monsoon season for maximum rainout of nuclear materials.

It is obvious from this graph that the air strikes (DU) carried out daily in Afghanistan (red) and a few in
Iraq (blue) between 2004-2007 were synchronized with the summer and winter monsoon cycle. On
June 1, 1948, the Tulsa Tribune reported in an article, “Radioactivity Lingers Longer in Water Blast”, that
the most efficient nuclear war is delivered by rain:

It has been suggested, however that in the absence of a large body of water near a city a
bomb could be exploded in the middle of rain clouds. The dispersion of fission
products over the ground might then be even more complete than in an underwater
burst.

The covert nuclear war being carried out by US and NATO forces is war against the civilian population,
of not only Iraq and Afghanistan, but around the world. The uranium dust is contaminating the
Himalayas, the headwaters of the major rives of SE Asia. The DU weapons used in Afghanistan are
causing large increases in reproductive problems for Afghan women. There the death rates of pregnant
women are 130-1600 times higher than in developed countries. In the far northeast corner of Afghanistan,
where heavy bombing is occurring, death rates of pregnant women are 4 times higher than in other parts
of Afghanistan.

Afghanistan has the world’s second-highest death rate in women during pregnancy and
childbirth (only Sierra Leone’s is worse). For every 100,000 births, 1,600 mothers die; in
wealthy countries the rates range from 1 to 12. In one remote northeastern province,
Badakhshan, 6,507 mothers die for every 100,000 births, according to a 2005 report in
the medical journal Lancet. In all, 26,000 Afghan women a year die while pregnant or
giving birth.

The uranium dust from US weapons used in the Middle East and Central Asia is transported across the
Pacific Ocean to the west coast of North America within days. Obviously the heavy bombing in July and
August of 2007, contributed to the 100% increase of uranium in Los Angeles drinking water that year,
delivering nuclear war to every population the DU smoke and dust passed over along its path around the
world. In one year it is completely mixed in the global atmosphere.

UNDER THE DEPLETED URANIUM CLOUD

“Diabetes is one of the biggest health catastrophes the world has ever seen,” said Dr.
Martin Silink, the president-elect of the International Diabetes Federation. “The diabetes
epidemic will overwhelm health care resources everywhere if governments do not wake
up now and take action.”

Globally diabetes rates have climbed from 30 million in 1986, the year the Chernobyl disaster
occurred, to 230 million by 2006 (a 767% increase in 20 years) after 15 years of depleted uranium
wars, and the number of diabetics is expected to reach 350 million by 2025. China and India have the
highest diabetes rates in the world. In 1978 the Chinese diabetes rate was 0.6% of the population, by
1995 it was 1.5%, and by 2000 it had increased to 2.4% or 31 million diabetic patients. The annual
growth rate was 13%, until 2006-07 when it reached 20.98%. Diabetes is associated with obesity and
heart disease.

China’s obesity rate doubled between 1992 and 2002, to 200 million (22.8%) overweight and 60 million
(7.1%) obese. In Beijing, 60% of residents were overweight by 2002. Beijing is directly downwind from
the Gobi desert where the Chinese nuclear tests were conducted. By 2008, 25% of Chinese adults were
obese or overweight. Between 1989 and 2008, the number of obese women doubled and obese men
tripled. The US has one of the highest obesity rates in the world – 60% of the population is overweight or
obese. The US government conducted over 1200 nuclear bomb tests in Nevada (loaded with depleted
uranium), exposing the entire US population to radiation between 1957 and 1963. The result is an annual
escalation of health care costs that is bankrupting US health care and families across the nation.

India is faced with similar large increases in another very large population. Diabetes causes death within
1-3 years without insulin treatments, and in untreated pregnant mothers it produces weak and sickly
babies who will never thrive like normal babies. Diabetes is a major cause globally of declining
population numbers and fertility.

Basically males and females are being rapidly sterilized in all species around the
world by the effects of DU. Israel is the infertility poster child of the year for self-
sterilization.

ISRAELI SPERM QUALITY DOWN 40% IN A DECADE

Israel has used DU weapons against Palestinians for decades, in the 2005 campaign of DU carpet and grid
bombing in Lebanon, and recently in Gaza.

A recent article in an Israeli newspaper, HAARETZ on May 11, 2009, reported that in the past ten years,
sperm quality has declined 40% in Israeli males. If the decline continues at a rate of 4% per year, sperm
quality will reach 20% by 2019, a level at which men are considered to be infertile: “Study: Quality of

Part of the damage to the sperm is loss of ‘motility’ or the important ability to swim fast enough to get to
the egg first. The sperm may have uranium damage to the “collar” between the sperm cell and the
flagella, or tail. The collar contains the mitochondria, probably a single one in a sperm collar, and the
mitochondria provide the energy needed for the sperm to propel itself to reach the ovum first and
successfully carry out fertilization. Uranium and phosphate have a tremendous chemical affinity for each
other. The mitochondria and DNA in every cell are loaded with phosphate structures. The uranium
attaches very quickly to the mitochondria and the DNA, as rapidly as 48 hours after exposure.

The rejection rate of potential young healthy male sperm donors reported at an Israeli sperm bank, has
increased from 35% ten years ago to 65% in 2009.

BERTRAND RUSSELL 1930’S OXFORD LECTURES:

STERILIZE 95% OF MALES AND 70% OF FEMALES

Bertrand Russell, who like Prince Phillip was a member of the British nobility, stated clearly in the 1930s
in his lectures at Oxford, that the ruling elite planned to eliminate fertility in 95% of the males and 70% of
the females. It was published in his book The Impact of Science on Society in 1952 from his Oxford
lectures. Global radioactive pollution is the perfect mechanism to silently, covertly, invisibly carry
out sterilization and reduction of the global population.

A totalitarian government with a scientific bent might do things that to us would seem
horrifying. The Nazis were more scientific than the present rulers of Russia, and were
more inclined to the atrocities that I have in mind.. . . If they had survived, they would
probably have soon taken to scientific breeding. Any nation which adopts this practice
will, within a generation, secure great military advantages. The system, one may surmise,
will be something like this: except possibly in the governing aristocracy, all but 5 per cent

A GLOBAL DOOMSDAY MACHINE

No one would know more about secret wars and changing relationships than a Jason scientist, the Cold
War generation and legacy of the elite scientific priesthood that built the Manhattan Project in WW II. In
1968 at the height of the Cold War, Gordon J. F. MacDonald, a Jason scientist and Associate Director of
the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at UCLA, wrote a chapter called “How to Wreck the
Environment” for a book Unless Peace Comes: A Scientific Forecast of New Weapons. He said:

Man already possesses highly effective tools for destruction. Eventually, however, means
other than open warfare may be used to secure national advantage. As economic
competition among many advanced nations heightens, it may be to a country’s advantage
to ensure a peaceful environment for itself and a disturbed environment for its
competitors… Such a “secret war” need never be declared or even known by the
affected populations. It could go on for years with only the security forces involved
being aware of it…

In addition to their covert nature, a feature common to several modification schemes is

their ability to affect the earth as a whole. The environment knows no political
boundaries; it is independent of the institutions based on geography, and the effects
of modification can be projected from any point to any other on the earth. Because
modification may be a dominant feature of future world decades, there is concern that this
incipient technology is in total conflict with many of the traditional geographical and
political units and concepts.

Political, legal, economic, and sociological consequences of deliberate environmental

modification, even for peaceful purposes, will be of such complexity that perhaps all our
present involvements in nuclear affairs will seem simple. Our understanding of basic
environmental science and technology is primitive, but still more primitive are our
notions of the proper political forms and procedures to deal with the consequences of
modification. All experience shows that less significant technological changes than
environmental control finally transform political and social relationships. Experience also
shows that these transformations are not necessarily predictable, and that guesses we
might make now, based on precedent, are likely to be quite wrong.

MacDonald was warning us about the “new Manhattan Project” that he was part of as a Jason, the
classified applications of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). It was co-
developed covertly by the US and the Soviet Union during the Cold War, under the cover of nuclear
weapons testing, ballistic missile defense, and Star Wars. The new forms of nuclear war, depleted
uranium and 4th generation nuclear weapons, were co-developed with the HAARP project to weaponize
the environment and environmental processes… with an unknown outcome.

‘ADVANCED’ NATIONS NUKED THEMSELVES FIRST

There was always a very persistent question in my mind, as to why the US moved nuclear weapons
testing from the Marshall Islands in the Pacific, to the Nevada Test Site in 1952. Pacific Islanders were
deliberately used as nuclear guinea pigs during those tests:

[Rongelap] is safe to live on but is by far the most contaminated place in the world, and it
will be very interesting to go back and get good environmental data… While it is true that
these people do not live… the way Westerners do, civilized people, it is nevertheless also
true that these people are more like us than the mice.

After having ample time to secretly study the effects of radiation exposure from nuclear weapons on
human populations in Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Rongelap, it seemed obvious to me that the racist
decision makers understood what the effects of testing would be on the entire population of the US –
despite being aware of an unknown long term outcome.

The US government detonated over 1200 nuclear weapons tests at the Nevada Test Site (NTS), before
testing ended in 1963 when the Partial Test Ban Treaty was signed by the US, Soviet Union, and the UK.
Not only did the Nevada tests cause a 50% decline in the North Atlantic fishing catch within 5 years, but
the latitude of the nuke tests in North America guaranteed that the jet stream carrying the radiation around
the world would contaminate Europe, Russia, China, Japan, and eventually the global atmosphere. The
global diabetes distribution, with the highest increases confined to latitudes where bomb tests occurred,
confirms that.

The decline in population and fertility rates for advanced nations 1950-1990 in the UN 2008 report (Fig. 2
and 3), was in stark contrast to the increases during bomb testing for developing nations and least
developed regions, most escaping the downwind effects of nuclear testing. To add insult to injury, when
atmospheric testing ended, the “scientific oligarchy” (a global network of sociopaths and criminals with
many ties to the University of California and the nuclear weapons labs) of the advanced nations, replaced
nuclear pollution from bomb testing with nuclear power plant radioactive pollution (1968-present).
Instead of a slow rainout of aging nuclear pollution from bomb tests with short half-life products decaying
before rainout, the “nuclearizers” put the nuclear bombs in our living rooms – as fresh fission products
from nearby nuclear power plants that attached to house dust within minutes or hours of fissioning. As a
consequence of exposure to such dangerous isotopes, the advanced nations suffered from large increases
in infant mortality, fetal deaths, cancer, chronic illnesses that had been rare before 1945, and heart and
brain diseases. Worst of all were the hidden effects of nuclear pollution on the brain.

SAT SCORES: BOMB TESTS AND BRAIN DAMAGE

For children born in the US in 1945, who were not exposed in utero to radiation, the US average for SAT
scores taken in the last year of high school was 480. By the time children born at the peak of atmospheric
testing in 1963 took the SAT test, and had been exposed in utero to over 230 bomb tests in 1963, the
average SAT score had dropped to about 420 – a 12.5% drop in aptitude for the best and brightest
students in the US and a tragic loss for the future of the country. Former President George W. Bush
and his 5 siblings were born with learning disabilities from bomb testing exposure, his toddler sister
named Robin died of leukemia, like millions of other American children. The SAT scores never
recovered after bomb tests ended, because nuclear power plant pollution replaced the fallout from bomb
tests. This could not have been an accident or an oversight. It was deliberate.

AMERICAN COUCH POTATOES: NO WONDER THEY WATCH TV ALL DAY

In 2004 the Journal of the American Medial Association (JAMA) published the results of a WHO global
mental health survey. Again the results were shocking. The survey found that the US had the highest rate
of mental illness in the world, over 26% of Americans have some form of mental illness. The effects of
Chinese bomb testing in the Gobi desert were apparent in mental illness rates in Beijing (9.1%) and Japan
(8.8%), directly downwind from the annual Gobi dust and sand storms, contaminated with bomb testing
fission products. Mexico (12.2%) and Columbia (17.8%) were downwind from bomb tests on Christmas
Island and Johnson Island in the Pacific, test sites that were 1000 miles upwind from Hawaii with the
highest cancer rates in the US. Belgium (12.0%), France (18.4%), and the Netherlands (14.8%) are
contaminated from their own nuclear power plants, or unlucky to be downwind and downstream from
other sources. Lebanon (16.9%) was heavily contaminated by French nuclear tests in the Sahara desert,
and from depleted uranium used in Iraq, Yugoslavia, and Afghanistan. The Ukraine (20.4%) is testimony
to the tragic effects of Chernobyl in 1986. The population with the best mental health in the WHO survey
was Nigeria, far from the bomb tests, and that's not all. Africans also have the lowest diabetes rates in the
world, and the lowest environmental radiation levels from fallout. It does not explain why Afro-
Americans have the highest diabetes, infant mortality, and other related illness rates in the US. Dr. Ernest
Sternglass, who helped convince the Senate to ratify the Partial Test Ban Treaty in 1963, discovered a
hidden American genocide being carried out against Afro-Americans as US National Policy. For decades
the most radioactive dairy products in the US, from dairies located around nuclear power plants, have
been selectively shipped into the small “mom and pop” stores in Afro-American neighborhoods.

The conclusion I came to from the UN 2008 report on changes in population and fertility, is that the
advanced nations were the first to be intentionally impacted by nuclear pollution from atmospheric testing
and nuclear power plants. The results were a public health and mental health disaster. The Chernobyl
disaster in 1986, covertly engineered to end the Cold War, was the kickoff or initiation of the nuclear
war against the less developed countries and introduction of the depleted uranium wars that began in 1991
with Gulf War I. This was all part of a depopulation agenda by the global elite.

DEPOPULATION, 4TH GENERATION NUCLEAR WEAPONS, AND DEPLETED URANIUM

Wealth is never created by destroying things, but you sure can steal it by destroying things. Stealing
resources that belong to someone else has turned Israel into a ‘self-cleaning oven’. The Noble drilling
company (Oklahoma) and British Gas have long been involved with exploration for oil and gas in the
eastern Mediterranean, and since 2000 more specifically offshore from Gaza for what turns out to be
VAST gas deposits belonging to the Palestinians. The Palestinians are not the only target of land grabs
and theft of energy resources.

In 2006, Israel initiated a 34-day conflict in Lebanon and northern Israel. The air strike attack on
Lebanon started July 12, 2006. On the same day, a very large celebration was underway in Turkey, with
the biggest oil companies in the world attending the opening of the Ceyhan pipeline, from the Caspian
region to the Mediterranean Sea at Ceyhan. The US had shipped over 5000 depleted uranium bunker
buster bombs to Israel, some more than 3 years in advance of the Israeli attack. Another 800 ‘special’ DU
bunker busters were flown through Ireland, Scotland, and the UK to Israel in the middle of the conflict.
During the conflict Israel grid and carpet bombed Lebanon with depleted uranium bombs, permanently
contaminating the entire country.

After the conflict, Dr. Chris Busby obtained bomb crater samples from the Lebanon-Israeli border, and air
filters from ambulances used in Beirut during the conflict. Dr. Busby, the low level radiation expert for
the British government and the EU, had the samples analyzed at the British government radiation lab at
Harwell. Depleted uranium and elevated levels of fissile uranium 235 were measured in the sample, at
higher than normal levels for depleted uranium. Deuterium was also identified, a component of
thermonuclear weapons. Lebanese scientists monitored radiation levels at the bomb crater site for several
weeks and reported evidence of neutron activation products. The lab analysis and neutron activation
products at the site indicated that a type of 4th generation nuclear weapon was part of the bunker buster
bomb. These bombs came from the Livermore nuclear weapons lab in California.

This new type of bunker buster bomb comes with two nuclear wars in one bomb. The DU acted as a
terrain contaminant, a gas made up of radioactive uranium nanoparticles, that is a pernicious poison, and
can cause cancer and diabetes within weeks of exposure. The 4th generation nuclear weapon component
released higher levels of radiation carried on air currents, exposing populations to radiation that would
quickly disappear and not be detected. Radiation effects on contaminated populations were escalated by
the uranium 235 and activation products.

Of course Israeli nuked itself as all nuclear states do without fail. I sent out a press release in the middle
of the 2006 conflict warning that within three months of the seasonal rain starting in October, Israel would
be in an epidemic of diabetes. Many investigations of diabetes have reported that the largest number of
new cases of diabetes, are reported within the first month of the rainy season, due to rainout of radioactive
particles and dust from the atmosphere. The first newspaper article on high rates of diabetes in
northern Israel came out on December 19, 2006, 3 months after the rains started.

The war in Lebanon is continuing to take a heavy toll from the children of northern Israel,
and not only psychologically: In recent months a sharp increase has been noted in the
number of new patients suffering from juvenile diabetes in the north. The presumed
reason for the increase in the incidence of the disease is the feelings of tension and stress
 that the children experienced in the war, which caused an outbreak of the disease. This is
reported by the juvenile diabetes department at Ziv Medical Center, Safed.

How ironic that Israelis do not recognize that they have been tricked and used yet again by the
International City of London financiers and their partners in crime, the Wall Street bankers. The Anglo-
American Economic Empire is an international permanent war crimes racketeering syndicate. The
Israelis have been set up with depleted uranium and nuclear weapons, by Livermore and Los Alamos
nuclear weapons labs, through the Wall Street bankers. The Israelis believe they are justified in using the
weapons in order to sterilize and exterminate the Palestinians so they can steal their oil and gas. What the
Israelis refuse to recognize is that they are sterilizing and exterminating themselves with the weapons
that the “nuclearizers” have given them. The Israelis themselves have turned Israel and Palestine into
the perfect “self-cleaning oven”. And the real gas and oil partners who are the “men behind the
curtain”, the Wall Street bankers (represented by Noble drilling company from Oklahoma), and the City
of London financiers (represented by British Gas), will divide their spoils and laugh all the way to the
bank without any troublesome Israelis demanding their share. Dead men don’t talk.

To the bankers, the Israelis are just as much a disposable population as the Palestinians.

OIL = WAR + DOLLARS

Every war since 1973 has been a covert nuclear war for energy resources triggered by the decline of
the dollar. The US introduced depleted uranium weapons to the battlefield for the first time, and
supervised their use in the 1973 Yom Kippur war between Israel and the Arabs. Gulf War I in 1991,

The energy wars manipulated by the international financiers have resulted in suicide, homicide, genocide,
ecocide, and omnicide of all living things. This is a global nanoparticle nuclear war carried out against
our DNA, our brains, and our children of the future. Humanity as we know it has been irreversibly altered
and turned into an unrecognizeable nanoparticle goo at the cellular level.

Just as the events of 9-11 and the mortgage meltdown represent the Zionist “bookends” of the Bush
Presidency, the depleted uranium battlefields of the 1973 Yom Kippur war and the 2008-9 Israeli attack
on Gaza, represent the radioactive genocidal “bookends” of the undeclared Zionist nuclear war for control
of global energy resources… at any cost.

The sanctions against Iraq were signed at the UN in 1990 on the anniversary of Hiroshima Day.
This is no accident. It is a conscious and deliberate invisible war against life itself.
