Summary of Tests
1. General information
The EUT is a Digital Wireless Video Baby Monitor, and was defined as information
technology equipment.
The antenna is affixed to the EUT using a unique connector, which allows for
replacement of a broken antenna, but DOES NOT use a standard antenna jack or
electrical connector.
2. Test specifications
The EUT was supplied with 230 Vac, 50 Hz and it was run in TX mode and RX mode
that was controlled by “VER.10.0” test program.
The EUT operated under Tx, Rx and standby mode during all the tests.
No modification was installed during test performance to bring the product into
compliance (Please note that this list does not include changes made specifically by
TRANWO TECHNOLOGY CORP. Prior to compliance testing.)

The average output power was measured on the EUT using a 50 ohm SMA cable
connected to power meter via peak power sensor. Power was read directly and cable
loss correction (2.0 dB) was added to the reading to obtain power at the EUT antenna
terminals. The test was performed in temperature controlled chamber at normal
conditions, extreme conditions and 3 channels (lowest, middle and highest channel).
The average effective radiated power shall be equal to or less than –10 dBW (100 mW)
EIRP.
Note: Calculated (dBm): Reading (dBm) + Cable Loss (dB) + Antenna Gain (dBi)

The frequency range of the equipment is determined by the lowest and highest
frequencies occupied by the power envelope. For all equipment the frequency range
shall lie within the band 2.4 GHz to 2.4835 GHz (i.e. fL > 2.4 GHz and fH < 2.4835
GHz). During the test, the RBW was set at 100 kHz.

Where these measurements are made with a spectrum analyzer, the following settings
were used:
The EUT and its peripherals are placed on a turntable that is 1.5 meter above ground.
The turntable can be rotated 360 degrees to determine the position of the maximum
spurious emission level. The test frequency from 30MHz to 1 GHz, the EUT is
measured at the distance of 3 meters and the test frequency above 1 GHz, the EUT is
measured at the distance of 1 meter. The antenna can be moved up and down between 1
meter and 4 meters to find out the maximum emission level.
Both horizontal and vertical polarizations of the antenna are set on measurement.
