* Users must have a valid Pinellas Public Library Cooperative (PPLC) library card and/or a St. Petersburg College (SPC) Student ID card. * To reserve the Innovation Lab, cardholders must be supervised by the Innovation Lab Director and/or a cleared SPC volunteer (18+ years of age) at all times. * Any damage or technical problems related to the equipment must be immediately reported to the Innovation Lab Director and/or cleared SPC volunteers.
Security *The Innovation Labs door is locked when the Innovation Lab Director and/or cleared SPC volunteers are not staffing the lab. The Innovation Lab is video monitored. *Security of personal items is the responsibility of the cardholder.
Personal Equipment *All personal equipment and items must be removed from the Innovation Lab at the end of the reservation. Equipment cannot be left overnight in the Innovation Lab. *No personal equipment can be connected to any library equipment without the approval of the Innovation Lab Director and/or cleared SPC volunteers.
Rules of Conduct * Innovation Lab visitors agree to adhere to the Librarys Rules of Conduct. A copy of this document is available in the lab. * No drinks or food are allowed in the Innovation Lab. * It is not permissible to create items considered to be weapons or materials containing visual depictions that are obscene, contain child pornography, or which may be considered harmful to minors.
Reserving Time * To reserve the Innovation Lab you can do so in person via Chad Mairn or a cleared SPC volunteer. You may also reserve by calling 727-394-6917, emailing mairn.chad@spcollege.edu, or via the web at http://www.spcollege.edu/survey/16172. We recommend calling at least 3-5 days prior to the date you would like to reserve the Innovation Lab. * Any reservation must be cancelled no later than 5:00 p.m. two days prior to the reservation so we can contact anyone on a waiting list or to otherwise rebook the Innovation Lab. Privacy The Seminole Community Library at St. Petersburg College is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of files. Users are responsible for transferring or saving all files to their personal cloud server or to their personal external drive. Computers will be rebooted after the reservation time period ends and all files saved on the computer will be deleted.
Intellectual Property Rights Users shall respect Intellectual Property Rights. The Seminole Community Library at St. Petersburg College is not responsible for any infringement of Intellectual Property Rights that may occur.
