Breakfast. 10:30am-12:30pm: No food. 24oz coffee. 24oz water.
Lunch. Spaced out over the afternoon: Fruit Smoothie, (1 Banana, approx. 15 strawberries, cup
blueberries, 10 raw cranberries. 1 scoop whey protein powder. cup yogurt, 12oz water).
Snack 3:30pm : Approx 1-1.5 cups white cheddar popcorn. 24oz water.
Snack 7pm: 1 Banana, 24oz water.
Dinner: 8:15pm: 2 bowls of soup (tomato, corn, avocado, shredded lean chicken breast, poblano
peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, olive oil, jalapeno. No cream or dairy). 24oz water.
Snack 11pm: Small slice of berry pie. 24oz water.
Bedtime 12:30am: 24oz water.

Breakfast. 10:30am-1pm: No food. 24oz coffee.
Small poop @ noon. It was soft. But it ripped my butthole and made it bleed.
Lunch. Spaced out over the afternoon: 24 oz water. Fruit Smoothie, (approx. 15 strawberries, cup
blueberries, 10 raw cranberries. cup yogurt, 12oz water).
Snack. 5pm: 1 bowl soup. 24oz water
Dinner. 9pm: Taquitos (chicken, cheese, onion, salsa, guacamole, flour tortillas). 24oz water. 1 alcoholic
beverage (2 shots vodka, ginger beer, lime).
Bedtime: 24oz water.

Breakfast. No food. 24oz coffee. 12 oz water.
Small poop @ noon. Soft/easy passing.
Lunch @ 1pm: 6inch sub sandwich (subway). Wheat bread, turkey, iceburg lettuce, spinach, pickled
banana peppers, pickled jalapenos, mustard, 2 slices american cheese. 16oz water.
Afternoon: Fruit Smoothie: 1 cup low-fat yogurt, 1 banana, 7 strawberries, 1.5 cups blueberries, 15 raw
cranberries, 44oz water.
WORKOUT: 6pm-7pm: 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights. 40oz water.
After workout: 12oz lactose free 1% milk. Mixed with 1 scoop whey protein powder.
Dinner 8:30: 1 grilled chicken thigh, grilled chicken breast w/ jerk rub (spicy). Soybean oil dressing. 1
ear of corn w/ butter. 1 bowl of onion coleslaw with light dressing. 16oz water.
After Dinner: 32oz water. 16oz alcoholic beverage (1 shots of vodka, rest is ginger beer). Roughly 2
servings (22 chips) of gluten free corn tortilla chips.

Diet Log 7/18/2014
Breakfast. No food. 36oz coffee. 16 oz water.
Lunch/Snack. Started at 1pm, spaced over afternoon: 16oz water. Fruit Smoothie (1 banana, 1 cup
yogurt, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1 avocado, 1.5 cups blueberries, about 20 raw cranberries). About
2 servings (22 chips) of gluten free corn tortilla chips.
Bowel Movement @ 3pm: Relatively hard/large and difficult to pass compared to previous days, but
overall not that bad. (It didnt hurt, but I was initially afraid it would).
Afternoon: 1 beer. 32oz water.
Dinner: Made the grilled chicken w/ jerk rub + coleslaw into a wrap. Flour tortillas. Banana peppers.
16oz. Water
Bedtime 12:30am: 16oz water.

Breakfast. No food. 24oz coffee. 48oz water.
Lunch 2pm: 6inch sub sandwich (subway). Wheat bread, turkey, iceburg lettuce, spinach, pickled banana
peppers, pickled jalapenos, mustard, 2 slices american cheese. 16oz water.
Afternoon: Fruit Smoothie: 1cup 1% lactose free milk, 10ish strawberries, 1 banana, 15ish cranberries.

Dinner (Not Sure When): 16oz water, one 12oz beer, half of a large 14inch pepperoni pizza (ugh there
goes my diet).
After Dinner/Evening: 32-44oz water (lost track). 2 alcoholic mixed drinks (rough total of 3-4 shots
vodka, 20oz ginger beer). 3 cups white cheddar popcorn.
**No bowel movement at all today**

Breakfast: No food. 24oz coffee. 32oz water.
Bowel movement around 3pm: Large, but soft / easy passing (alcohol from previous day usually = softer
stools for me).
Lunch/Afternoon (Bite Seattle): Somewhat random mix, no idea of quantities. Elk Hot Dog w/ White
Bun, Grilled Onions. Popcorn Chicken. Garlic Fries. Some random sauces. Toffee cookie. 12oz water.
12oz thai ice coffee.
Dinner: Fruit Smoothie. Yogurt/Bananas/Strawberries/Blueberries/Cranberries. 24oz water.
Bedtime: 16oz water.

Breakfast 9am: 24-32oz coffee. 16oz water. 2 bowls life cereal & 1% lactose free milk.
Bowel Movement @ 11am: Soft/easy passing.
Bowel Movement @ 2pm: Soft/easy passing. But some gut pain (not rectal area, internal, sort of like
cramping).
Lunch @noon: Fruit Smoothie. Yogurt/Bananas/Strawberries/Blueberries/Cranberries. 24oz water.

Not sure how much water I had today. I had major dental work done today and my teeth were very
sensitive, so Im certain I drank less than usual.
Breakfast: 2 bowls life cereal + 1% Milk. Coffee.
Lunch: None
Dinner: Salad w/ baby tomatoes and balsamic dressing. Pierogis (cheese and potato filling, onions).

Breakfast: No food. 32oz coffee. 24 oz water.
Lunch @ 1:30pm: Footlong sub sandwich, wheat bread, turkey, lettuce, jalapeno, banana peppers,
American cheese, mayo and mustard. 12oz water.
Dinner @ 7pm: lb spicy chicken tenders (Ezells!). Hot sauce. Fruit Smoothie (greek yogurt, banana,
blueberries, strawberries). 24oz water.
Bedtime: 24oz water.
Bowel movement today, not sure what time, but it was unremarkable.

Breakfast @ 9:30am: 24oz coffee. 24oz water.
**Bowel Movement @ 10:15am: Diarrhea. Gut pain. Painful burning sensation on outside of anus and
inner rectal area which lasted for several (10-15?) minutes after using the restroom.

Dinner: Kale & Chicken salad (very healthy!) Not sure how much water.

Lunch: Fruit Smoothie. Pretty much same as always. 12oz water.
Dinner: lb Ezells spicy chicken tenders. Hot sauce. Kale salad. 2 bread rolls. 32oz water.
Late Night: Leftover chicken tenders & hot sauce. Water. 1 beer.
No bowel movement today (felt like I had to for a while in the morning, held it in because of work
meeting, never came back).
