physical ports.
Slot )21 indicates the slot where the switch is located. The value is 0.
Su$card )21 indicates the )2 of a su$card.
#ort se8uence num$er1 indicates the se8uence num$er of an port on
the switch.

3 stacked switch uses Stack )27su$card )27port se8uence num$er to identify
physical ports.
Stack )21 indicates the )2 of a stacked switch. The value ranges from 0
to ..
Su$card )21 indicates the )2 of a su$card.
#ort se8uence num$er1 indicates the se8uence num$er of an port on
the switch.

$ottom to top and left to right* starting from 1.
5or example* the port on the top left is

ports* 1" ports in each row. :hen all the ports
have S5# optical modules installed* the ports
are num$ered as follows1
The ports in the lower row are num$ered
starting with from left to right* with an
increment of 4.
The ports in the upper row are num$ered
starting with " from left to right* with an
increment of 4.
5or example* with S5# optical modules
installed* the first port at the lower left of the
panel is num$ered 0707; the second port at the
lower left is num$ered 0707-; the first port at the
upper left is num$ered 0707"; the second port at
the upper left is num$ered 0707<.
:hen all the ports have /S5# optical modules
installed* each port functions as two ports. The
switch has a total of 4. ports in this case.
