MTS had launched its high-speed mobile broadband services in October 2009 and within this short span of time
has become a Market leader in Data service provider in Tamil Nadu. Furthermore, we have been rapidly expanding
our product portfolio with a series of innovations such as the MTS Smartphones, WI-FI USB modem, WI-FI Disk
DF800 and a range of unmatched offerings for our data customers. Also, we are currently covering 150+ towns
across the state of Tamil Nadu with Hi-Speed Data and this count of towns is being rapidly increased to cater to

MY ACCOUNT REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Please Connect to www.mtsindia.in and Click Login option in MY Account on the main page .
A new page will open http://www.selfcare.mtsindia.in/appLaunch.action, If you are a New User then click Sign Up
to update the details.
Accept Terms and Conditions and click next
Enter the MTS Postpaid MDN ( Mobile/Data Card 10 Digit Number ) and Click Next
Enter the User ID ,Password, Confirm password, Secret Question/Secret Answer, Email Address, Confirm Email
Address and click next
You will receive a 8 Digit Passcode. Enter the Passcode and click finish. Now you can access MY ACCOUNT facility.

We, at MTS are committed to doing our bit in creating a safer & sustainable environment. Hence we are promoting the
usage of e-bills as an alternative to hardcopy/paper/ physical invoices of your monthly MTS Datacard bills.
To activate E-Bill send SMS to 9150055256 in the below mentioned format from your registered mobile number.

Type eBill <your email id> <MTS number> send to 9150055256

After enrolling for receiving e-bills, the generation of hard copies of your invoices would be stopped.
Lets save trees and save our earth, for us and for all !

Use a soft dry cloth to clean your Dongle. Do not use liquids such as alcohol, dilution agents or benzene.
Regularly clean the socket where the charger cable connects to Dongle. Dust tends to gather there.
Do not use needles, pen points or other sharp objects on the surface.
Do not use your Dongle with wet hands, it could injure you and damage the router.
Do not use your Dongle in dusty or dirty environment.
If your Dongle gets wet and the color of the label on it changes, the warranty will be void, even if the warranty period has
not expired.
If theres anything wrong with the Dongle, or any accessory, please send them to your nearest service center for
inspection.
DATA CARD CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Locate your nearest MTS store details by sending SMS to 55256 from your registered Mobile number.

Type your Area Pincode and send to 55256 to get the nearest MTS Store details. Please send SMS in the below format to
get the Address details on your phone.

The First invoice that shall get generated for your MTS data card connection (Rental & Free usage) will be on pro rata
basis and it shall be calculated from the date of activation of your Data card number till your bill date.
The unused free data offered for current month cannot be carried forward to the next month.
Service tax and education cess at applicable rates and any other government levies will be charged extra.
Post fair usage cap, you will continue to get unlimited usage on 1X speed.
A flat rate of 40 paise/MB will be charged for all roaming usage in any of the non-MTS service locations which will be
included as a part of the regular monthly bill.
