Job Description / Responsibilities:

Responsible for Stock Monitoring & reconcile of stock at MDG & hired ware houses.
Responsible for Material Accounting & preparing receipt.
Responsible for co-ordination with Marketing & Marketing Despatch department (HO), transporters
for conducting despatch operations,
Responsible for co-ordination with production & QA for receipt of finished products and their clearance.
Responsible for co-ordination with purchase / store department for requirement of spare, consumable etc.
Responsible for monitoring & supervising for proper segregation, despatch, warehouse, billing operation
and products loading activities.
R esponsible to Ensure proper up keep, hygiene and maintenance of store in accordance with
the quality, safety and environmental standards laid down by the organization
Responsible for managing manpower for loading & unloading activity at Milk despatch, Finished Product
Store (FPS), Ice Cream Despatch & Butter Despatch dock.
Responsible for Inventory management, stock age and proper arrangement of products for FIFO
movement.
Responsible for Maintenance and efficient use of various equipments e.g. trollies, forklifts, conveyors etc
used in the section.
Responsible for smooth operations of milk dispatch and empty crates activity.
Responsible for Day to day coordination with milk marketing and pouch packing and QA for milk and
fresh product supply and dispatch activity.
Responsible for Ensuring that all transaction in SAP for dispatchs and arrival of product from MUs e.g.
BM, Dahi, Paneer etc. and the same is reconciled in the system.
Responsible for Energy and water saving activity in the section.
Responsible for Coordination with administration to sort out problem related to workers, vehicle drivers,
cleaners and security staff and also communication with marketing for vehicle related issue.
Responsible for Dealing with external customers like Depot, WDAs, ADAs and Retailers, drivers etc. (as
routine or as and when required)
Good communication & Co-ordination skill with internal & external department.

Technical Competencies required for the position:

Knowledge of GMP/GHP/FSMS
Good communication skill in Gujarati & English & knowledge of MS Office.
Hands on experience on SAP SD module.
