B. Terms and Conditions for Domestic Transmission Media

1. (a) Before installation, charge for 1 (one) month shall be paid in advance in cash and
charge of 1 (one) month shall be paid as security deposit in the form of cash or Bank
guarantee.

(b) software exporters, BPO companies, call centers, medical transcription service
providers and IT enable service providers shall pay 1 (one) month charges. There will
be no security deposit for those organizations.

2. (a) The rental charge for single port of higher bandwidth capacity will be calculated by
multiplying the E1 charges with the following factors.

(b) For single STM-4 capacity or 4XSTM-1 capacities in a bundle, the charge will be 2.5
times of the charges of the single STM-1.

3. The discount on bulk bandwidth (multiple of E1s or single higher capacity port) shall only
be applicable in the same point-to-point link.

4. Change of Name of the owner due to merger, acquisition and or company name change
is Tk. 1,000.

5. The revised tariff will also be applicable on the existing subscribers from the date of
effective of the tariff.
