The most recent demand letters were those written to Robert R. Humble, III.
(See attached) Those letters were not written at the request of the rosecutor.
The issue was raised b! "hili Sm!ers and Diane #ross, the coule who was
$married$ b! Mr. Humble. There are other letters sent rior to that, to other
ersons. Howe%er, !ou ha%e as&ed onl! for coies of demand letters sent out at
the request of the count! rosecutor.
I ha%e wor&ed for the robate court for aro'imatel! ei(ht !ears. I so&e
with )ud(e Hoo%er, who too& office in *++,. -either of us recall an! cit! or
count! rosecutor as&in( that we send out a demand letter to a marria(e
officiant, with the ob%ious e'cetion of Mr. Snedden.
