WORK HISTORY

2008-2013 PRESENT VION FOOD FACTORY MALTON

Working as a skilled process Operative fulltime at Vion food factory, my duties included
mixing meat together with brine to make ham, chop pork and luncheon meat,
despatching the meat to a cold storage area.

Using a pallet jack to despatch meat to the chillers. Prepare meat ready for packaging.
Lifting meat down with an electric jack, and ordering stock when low. Cooking the meat to
required temperature, when cooked check temperature with a probe, booking stock in

Assisted skilled tradesman carry out routine maintenance and lend a hand in defect
