*istening is a skill that can be learned.
The ability to listen is as important as the ability
to speak read and write although listening is
often taught in the elementary grades, it is
unfortunately ignored as pupils go to higher
grades.
The greatest amount of time of man is
spent in listening but this is the skill that is
taught the least. !t is the most important task of
learning and all lessons in school needs
listening. As one goes up the ladder of
education he has to learn to listen critically in
order to improve his level of achievement.This
gives him a better chance than one who listen
