2. Toplo oblikovanje:
Hot forming

2.1. Temperatura oblikovanja: 1100850 C.
Ohlaivanje na sobnu temperaturu (ca.+20 C) izvoditi na mirnom zraku.
Neodarene dijelove titi od vlanosti.
Prije arenja ne izvoditi ispitivanje magnetom.

Forming temperature: 1100850 C.
Then cool to the room temperature (ca +20 C) in still air.
Attention: It should be protected against moisture before thermal treatment!
Do not perform MT before heat treatment. . Achtung

2.2. Nakon oblikovanja na toplo struktura elika je bitno poboljana.
The structure is essentially upgraded after the hot forming treatment.

poputanje) i jedna paralelna proba na materijalu iste ere.
Opseg ispitivanja: 100% MT nakon poputanja

1x ilavost (Charpy V proba kod RT)
1x mikrostruktura

Stress relieving (normalizing and thermal stress relief) and one parallel test on the tube
of the same heat are foreseen for the thermal process testing .

3. Zavarivanje
Welding

3.1 Openito
General

3.1.1
Prije poetka zavarivanja AE&E priloiti postupak ispitivanja prema EN 2883
odnosno ASME IX i specifikaciju postupka zavarivanja (WPS) prema EN288 2
odnosno ASME IX za provjeru.
Before beginning of the welding, AE&E should show the examination procedure for
checking according to EN 2883 respectively ASME IX and the welding procedure
specification (WPS) according to EN288 2 respectively ASME IX.

3.1.2
Zavariva mora biti kvalificiran prema EN2871, ASME IX ili istovjetno. Prije
poetka zavarivanja daju se radne probe na odgovarajuem probnom uzorku
(dimenzija i pozicija).
A welder must be qualified according to EN2871 or ASME IX, or according to both of
them. Work tests on an appropriate test sample (dimension and position) are to be
provided before the beginning of welding.

3.1.3
Pri zavarivanju korijena i prvog prolaza popune obavezna je upotreba zatitnog
korijenskog plina.
The backing gas should be used during the root and the first fill pass welding.

3.1.4
Mjesta zavarivanja moraju bit zatiena od vlage i nepovoljnih vremenskih
utjecaja.
Welding places must be protected against moisture and foul weather influences.

3.1.5
Unutranjost cijevi prilikom zavarivanja i toplinskih aktivnosti moraju biti
zatiene od propuha.
The inner sides of tubes must be protected against the draught during the welding and
thermal activities

3.2 Postupci zavarivanja
Welding procedure


Do debljine 8 mm moe se potpuno zavarivati samo WIG postupkom zavarivanja, a
iznad te debljine popuna i zavrni sloj zavaruju se runim elektrolunim
postupkom zavarivanja. U radionici je dozvoljeno EPP zavarivanje.
Only TIG welding procedure may be applied to 8 mm thickness, while above that
thickness the SMAW procedure is to be applied for the fill and the finish layer welding.
Saw welding procedure may be applied in workshop.

Zavarivanje se izvodi vieslojno sa poboljanim meuprolazima. Maximalno
dozvoljeno njihanje je 3x elektrode i ne smije se prekoraiti. Dozvoljena debljina
prolaza kod runog zavarivanja je max. 3 mm i ne smije se prekoraiti.

bead is 3 times electrode and must not be exceeded. Allowed pass thickness at
manual welding is 3 mm maximum and must not be exceeded.

3.3 Dodatni materijal
Filler metal

Dodatni materijal za zavarivanje prema osnovnom materijalu mora biti
odgovarajui odnosno kvalificiran.
Smije se koristiti samo bazino-obloena elektroda kod runog zavarivanja
odnosno bazini praak kod EPP zavarivanja.
Elektrode se sue 2h na 300350 C, osim ako proizvoa elektrode nije odredio
drugaije. Do zavarivanja osuene elektrode skladite se na temp. 100 C bilo
stacionarno bilo u zagrijanim tobolcima.
Max. dozvoljeni promjer elektrode odnosnor odnosno ice za zavarivanje je 4 mm.

The filler metal relating to the parent metal must be appropriate respectively qualified.
Only basic coated electrode may be used at manual welding respectively the basic flux
at SAW.
The electrodes are being dried for 2h at 300350 C, if not defined otherwise by the
electrode manufacturer. Dried electrodes are being stored at min. 100 C either
stationary or in heated quivers till welding.
Maximum allowed diameter of electrodes or wires a wire is 4 mm.

Predgrijavanje se mora provoditi kontrolirano. Od 70 mm i/ili s > 7,1 mm
predgrijavanje izvoditi induktivno ili elektrootporno. Temperatura se oitava preko
termoelemenata. Termoelement smije biti udaljen od zavara najvie 50 mm.
The preheating, including heating, must be controlled. An inductive heating or resistance
heating elements are to be used for the preheating of the tubes having the larger than
70 mm and/or s>7,1 mm. The temperature is being read through thermo
elements/thermocouples. The thermo element/thermocouple may be for maximum 50
mm far away from the weld.

Male cijevi dozvoljeno je predgrijavati i pomou plamena. Temperatura
predgrijavanja se kontrolira pomou termokrede. Mjerenje je potrebno vriti na
udaljenosti 50-100 mm od zavara.

Small diameter tubes may be preheated by means of the flame as well. The preheating
temperature is controlled by means of the thermo crayon. The temperature measuring
should be performed at the distance of 50-100 mm from the weld.

4.2 Meuohlaivanje
Intermediate cooling

Nakon zavarivanja moe se razliito postupati ovisno o debljinama stijenke cijevi
(vidi dijagram).
Cijevi sa debljinom stijenke s 7,1mm smiju se ohladiti na temperaturu okolia.
Uz uvaavanje da se pri tome moraju zatiti od atmosferskih utjecaja npr.
kondenzacije (vanjske i unutarnje).
After welding it can procede differently depending on the tube wall thickness (see
diagram).
The tubes having the wall thickness t 7,1mm may be cooled down to the ambient
temperature. Take care to provide the protection against moisture from air, e.g.
cvondensation (external and internal).


Cijevi veih debljina stijenke moraju se nakon zavarivanja ohladiti na 10080 C
(X10CrMoVNb91) odnosno 120100 C (X20CrMoV121) i zadrati na toj temperaturi
2 h.
The tubes having larger tube thickness must be cooled down after welding to 10080 C
(X10CrMoVNb91) respectively 120100 C (X20CrMoV121) and hold at that temperature
for 2 hours.

4.3.2 Provoenje
Execution

Uvijek gdje je mogue nastojati provesti toplinsku obradu u pei na cijelom
objektu. Paziti da se najmanja brzina ohlaivanja znatno ne prekorai, ali je
takoer vano da se ne uspori ohlaivanje zbog isijavanja kolica ili drugih
sudionika procesa.
The heat treatment is to be executed on the complete object always wherever it is
possible. Care should be taken not to exceed the minimum cooling rate considerably. But
it is also important not to slowdown the cooling because of irradiation of the heating car
or other factor included in the process.

Toplinska obrada treba se provoditi u gornjem temperaturnom podruju.
The heat trreatment should be executed in upper temperature range.


Mjerenje temperature provodi se pomou termoelemenata. Stezni elementi nisu
doputeni. Kod cijevi veih promjera postavlja se vie elemenata okolo.
The temperature measuring is performed by means of thermoelements/thermocouples.
Clamping elements are not allowed. More elements are to be put around the tubes
having larger diameter. More elements are to be put around the tubes having larger
diameter.

Ako se istovremeno odaruje vie paralelnih krunih zavara npr. cijevi ogrijevnih
povrin,) potrebno je predvidjeti za svaki zavar termoelement.

If more parallel circumferential welds are being heat treated simultaneously then the
thermoelements must be provided for each weld.

Svaka toplinska obrada mora se dokumentirati. Dokumentacija mora sadravati
dijagram i skicu sa poloajem teroelemenata. Na dijagramu treba biti registrirana
brzina zagrijavanja i hlaenja..

Each heat treatment must be documented. Documentation must include a diagram and a
sketch showing thermoelements position. Unique shift of rate is designated in a diagram.

4.3.3 Toplinsko ravnanje
Kad je potrebno moe nakon zavarivanja pri temperaturi 450750C uslijediti
toplinsko ravnanje. Nakon toplinskog ravnanja zahtijeva se naponsko
odarivanje.

Thermal flattening
When it is required the thermal flattening may proceed after welding at the
temperature 450750C. Thermal treatment is required after the thermal flattening.

4.3.4 Nakon zavarivanja, a prije toplinske obrade elici su krti pa je neophodno paljivo
rukovanje (transport, odlaganje, udarci ekia itd.).
The steels are brittle after welding and before heat treatment so that careful handling is
absolutely necessary (transport, putting in a suitable place, using a hammer, etc.)

4.4

igovi zavarivaa smiju se otiskivati tek nakon toplinske obrade. Prije odarivanja
koristiti flomastere ili tokaste markere.
Welders' stamps may be impressed only after the heat treatment. Use felt-tip pens or
dotted-face low stress die stamps.

5. Isptivanje
Examination
5.1 Openito
General
Ovdje se provode ispitivanja na specifinim materijalima i potrebna je dopuna
uobiajenih planova ispitivanja. Ispitivanje povrinskim metodama dozvoljeno je
provoditi samo nakon toplinske obrade. Mjesto ispitivanja mora biti oiena od
ogorina i ostalih neistoa.

Ako je nacrtom propisano ili isto zahtijeva metoda ispitivanja potrebno je
bruenje nadvienja zavara ravno s osnovnim materijalom.

Here stated examinations which are being executed for special materials and there are a
supplement requests for the Testing plans. Surfaces examination is allowed only after
the heat treatment. Test places must be free of scales and other impurities.

If it is designated by a drawing or requested by a control method then the reinforcement
of the weld should be ground to the level of the parent metal.

minimalno 3 zavara nakon odarivanja.

Ako se ispitivanje na malim cijevima izvodi pomou mobilnog ureaja za
ispitivanje tvrdoe onda se paralelno mora probni uzorak iste cijevi podvrgnuti
zavarivanju i toplinskoj obradi. Tvrdoa ovog probnog uzorka e se utvrditi u
laboratoriju i kalibrirati e se mobilni ureaj.

If the examination on small tubes is executed with a mobile device for hardness testing
then the test specimen of the same tube must be parallel subjected to welding and heat
treatment. The hardness of this test specimen will be defined in the laboratory and the
mobile device will be calibrated.
