Apparently there is a communication problem in your office since Captain
Starling wants to interrogate me next week about the Stokes case, of which I
have no independent knowledge As we know, the exercise is retaliatory in
nature as I dared to address the issue with images of a !udge and !ustice on
your wife"s campaign #acebook page
I !ust talked with Amy in your records department to check the status of the
report She advised me that they are finishing it up now She even offered to
take my phone number so she could call me as soon as it was complete $nlike
many in your office, the records people have been very polite and civil to me
%nowing Starling would withhold the report if he became aware that I called
about it so he could play this intimidation game, I suggested an alternative
option I told her that I would prefer to call back and ask if it would be done
in a week She assured me it would & probably because it"s almost done now'(
If it will be completed in a week, why would Starling be )uestioning me more
than a week from now' I have come to the conclusion that Starling !ust isn"t a
very logical thinker
I wanted the press to know what evil games your thugs play with innocent people
I also thought it might be wise for some of the fine attorneys in the
prosecutor"s office to know since that office is the legal advisor for the
sheriff"s office *y the way, I also am aware that Sgt +oy was one of the
officers involved in the ,ysell case where your officers beat up a -. year old
man on his property and /arl 0van"s wife was one of the witnesses I reali1e
that in your mind, you are above the law and I hope to prove that is simply your
fantasy rather than reality

intimidation as I dared to address the sheriff's wife's inappropriate use of
judicial images on the campaign page on Facebook. As previously indicated, I
will be recording your attempt to violate my Constitutional ights. !lease have
the appropriate assistant prosecutor contact me this week. !lease also note
that I am very much aware of how corrupt you are as evidenced by your practices
in the re"opened falsification investigation which have been detailed to Chad
#ennis and others.
