Responsible for ensuring a coordinated & consistent response across multiple development
teams during the IT scoping phase & development of functional specifications for a given
release.
Coordinate and provide leadership to cross-functional teams by providing periodic progress
reports to senior management at various stages of the release lifecycle spread across 6+

Work with cross-functional core team to define & document the readiness scope, develop
detailed readiness plans, track/manage the plan to successful completion of multiple releases

cycles & continue as the single point of contact for any escalations during releases.

mitigation plans and securing management sign off
